Motherhood doesn’t have to cost you your ALIVENESS. 🌹

For so long, conversations about women’s longevity have centered around how to help women live longer.

But I’m interested in something bigger:

How do we help women have more LIFE in their years?

More energy. More vitality. More connection. More intimacy. More purpose. More creativity. More joy. More presence for the childhoods we only get once. 🤍

Because a woman’s wellbeing isn’t shaped only by what she eats, how she exercises or what her labs say.

It’s also shaped by how deeply she’s supported.

How well she recovers after birth.
The health of her marriage + relationships.
Whether she has meaningful female friendships.
Whether she feels nourished, rested + safe.
Her relationship with her body.
Her faith + connection to God.
Her creativity, sexuality + sense of purpose.

And whether motherhood leaves room for the WOMAN inside the mother to continue growing, evolving + flourishing.

That’s how @iskra begins her story, and it’s how this whole initiative begins, with one woman brave enough to say the sentence out loud.
