30 hours in London looks like this: Cheeky scones. Shopping in Notting Hill. Best chai latte of my life. Tube rides. Daunt books. Marie Antoinette exhibition (more on that later, I promise). Millennial night club. Late night dumplings. Spa time. Sunny stroll in Chelsea. And of course lots and lots of love and laughs with @chenbuxton ❤️ even got to see @nikkicsmyth

It was a whirlwind but I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

Scent is one of the most powerful memory triggers.

When you incorporate fragrance throughout your wedding day, those moments stay with you and your guests long after the celebration ends.

Think beyond perfume (although personal fragrance is importantly it’s also…
✨ floral confetti
🕯 Scented candles
💐 Fragrant favours

Every detail can become part of the memory.

Which would you include in your wedding day?

48 hours, countless lattes, tones of giggles and an abundance of love.

Forever proud to be apart of a group of international friends who raise each other up, cheer each other on and hug through any pain.

You’ve got my love always 🫶🏻

I’ve spent the past week spending quality time in Cornwall with one of my faves @chenbuxton - eating my weight in Cornish treats, cider and g&t’s, trying to get smiles out of the most adorable yet slightly moody babies (I succeeded, btw), taking dips in freezing water, trying not to tip over in kayaks and just having the best time ever.

Chen, I miss you already and can’t wait to come back ❤️

40 // very belated but grateful and blessed to have my whole family coming in from Singapore to celebrate my mid-life crisis with me. It’s no mean feat to gather everyone here, bro and sil have 2 under 2. Sis and her partner flying from Sydney and my old folks leaving their comfort zone. But it was such a good way to spend time with the family especially the little ones when I don’t ever see them. Of cos we had to take this chance to update our family photos. Thank you @chenbuxton

Today I achieved my BASI Level 2 Ski Instructor qualification.

I knew meeting the level would be a stretch for me and I’ve worked hard almost every day since the start of the year to get there.

The pace and intensity of the training tested me mentally, emotionally and physically, but the support of Chen and the team at Peak Snowsports helped me make it to the end.

I’m so very grateful to have had the opportunity to pursue this challenge and I’m thrilled and relieved to have passed the test.

I’m now giving myself permission to enjoy some time off in the mountains being happy, healthy and carefree!

We are living in Morzine until mid February. Chen is painting and skiing. I’m doing a BASI level 1&2 instructor course in Avoriaz. We drove up with the Landy fully loaded and are set up in a lovely little apartment for the first month. I’m hoping to shake off the gloom of 2023, get involved in a community of skiers, learn some new skills and emerge healthier in mind and body…
