Every practice begins before we step onto the mat.

Every day, we open the doors, prepare the room, make the space, and get ready to welcome whoever walks in, with the same care, with the same love.

Our members. New faces. Drop-ins. Travellers passing through Lisbon. Our teachers. Our community.

It’s a simple ritual. And we love it.
It’s our way to share, to care, to connect.

Because there is something freeing about having a ritual.
It gives us the space to create, to connect, and to see what the day brings.

Baraza is a meeting place. A place to practise, but also to gather, share, learn and connect.

From our daily classes to talks, gatherings, escapes and now trainings, we keep finding new ways to explore what yoga can be — and to grow the space and the community around it.

October is a new month, with lots to explore.
Check out our schedule and see what’s happening at Baraza this month — from classes and workshops to talks, escapes and trainings.

Different practices. Different teachers. Different ways of showing up.

Same vibe. Same love. Same meeting place.

Baraza. 🤍

Driven by community, Created for connection 🌀

Baraza is a space shaped by community, intention, and a shared desire to connect, explore, and grow.

A place held with care, where you come as you are and leave a little more aligned, energized, and supported.

A light-filled studio where Portuguese charm meets soft, minimal design.
Behind its flowing white curtains and signature arches, a space to land, breathe, and move.

You’ll be welcomed with care by a team that truly holds the space with presence and devotion.
And guided by an international lineup of teachers, each bringing their own rhythm, voice, and energy.

Yoga here is not about performance, but about connection, union, and transformation. Your transformation.

We care. We support.
You expand, at your own pace.
