Thank god for good, strong quads 🦵🏼💪🏼 3RM barbell front squat testing at @hiitrepublic__tuggeranong and I hit a 50kg PB!! 🥹 I literally never do front squats, so I had absolutely no idea what to expect. But my legs were feeling SO strong today and I’m pretty bloody stoked with this one! 🫶🏼 Big thank you to @chlobellcoaching for the motivation, encouragement and help getting me through it. Couldn’t have done it without you! 🤍

🔥 COACH PROFILE | CHLOE 🔥 Everyone, meet one of the newest additions to the hiit republic coaching team – Coach Chloe! 👏 We’re so excited to officially welcome Chloe to the team! With an incredible sporting background, a passion for performance, and a wealth of knowledge in exercise science, she’s already a fantastic addition to our coaching crew. Driven by a love of training for function and performance, Chloe has always had a competitive edge. At just 12 and 14 years old, she represented Australia 🇦🇺 in skipping before turning her focus to hockey. At 16, she joined her first gym to get bigger and stronger for the sport, before going on to represent the ACT at several representative tournaments. Her hockey journey eventually earned her a Division 1 scholarship in the US 🇺🇸, where she completed her Exercise Science degree while competing at a high level. After playing hockey for 17 years, this is Chloe’s first season away from the sport. Naturally, she found a new challenge, recently competing in Sydney HYROX in the Mixed Doubles division with her boyfriend, and after loving the experience, she’s already signed up to take on the Melbourne HYROX Solo this December! 💥 “My favourite class to coach at HIIT Republic is strength but I love attending the cardio classes myself 💪🏻” Make sure you say hello and introduce yourself when you next see Chloe in Studio. We’re so excited to have her as part of the hiit republic community! ❤️
