THE RATIO EFFECT ❤️‍🔥 - @chloedfit__

this hasn’t been a quick transformation fat loss phase, but nearly 2 years of showing up over and over and over, week after week, to challenge herself & any limiting beliefs and as a result build her confidence to complete a photoshoot prep, which has been the biggest test of all the resilience, discipline and self belief we have been cultivating 📸

true identity change and transformation doesn’t come from a 15 week photoshoot prep, but months of making decisions every single day that align with the version of us we want to be, and Chloe is evidence of this

not only this but she’s strong af (she humbled me when we trained together lol), completed a hyrox in March and i’ve adored watching her self confidence grow each check-in 🫶🏼

now you know what you’re capable of i’m super excited to see what we can achieve next Chlo, you’re amazing ❣️

Gorgeous start to the new year with my sis🖤

A whole lot of gratitude with a healthy dose of chaos... so much love to the troops for getting me through the week 🤍

✨ Can troll my mum some more about how i'm getting her a better hoover for Christmas now that she's safe & on her recovery journey.

✨ Can't believe chloe wiped the floor with me on all the fayre ground games bar basketball 🏀.

✨ Getting excited for mine & sophs upcoming doubles fitness events.

✨ Apparently purple mangetout is the new boujee vegetable.

✨ After 6 working weeks of having the forms, I finally sent off my ADHD assessment.

✨ Turned into a stay at home gym house wife for the week, cooked sooooo much amazing food(especially the homemade protein bars), cleaned, wore lots of cute fits & trolled my dad on his guitar playing & choice of music.

✨ No halloween costume just a pj princess 👸🏼.

✨ Period arrived, cramps are hell but the cycle was so healthy & chilled.

✨ Ticked off my training sessions & focused on my hip & achilles rehab.

Another week of how badly dya want it?

Badly enough to:
-Get a 10k pb in the glasgow rain- tbf I was also doing a tempo run with slow efforts in it too ☔️
-To face the sleds dressed like a squashie 🍬
-To leave Super Sunday looking like I had been thrown in the River Clyde.
-Eat my meal prep even when I dont want to 😋.
-Get up at 5.30am to train before my intense lecturing day 😴.
-To not let body dysmorphia win and the insecurity of a lower belly pooch ruin my fuelling.
-To do a turbo session on a saturday night with a hangover 🚴‍♀️.

Unfortunately I didnt want it badly enough to abstain from alcohol on friday evening. But hey nobody is perfect 🤷‍♀️
