Art is friendship.

This past year, art has introduced me to some truly incredible people. I’ve met new friends, strengthened old connections, and been continually reminded that creativity is best when shared. Friends have surprised me by showing up to exhibitions and talks, helped varnish paintings, paint edges, frame artwork, and lend a hand whenever it was needed.

Others stepped outside their comfort zones to attend my Paint & Sip events, purchased artwork, commissioned pieces, or spent evenings exploring First Fridays and gallery openings together. Every conversation, every act of support, and every shared experience has become part of the journey.

Art fills our homes, but more importantly, it fills our lives with connection. Art is love. Art is community. Art is friendship. ❤️🎨
