The Felt and the Visible: Somatics as a Practice of Beauty, with Chris Connors.
Embodiment coach, Zen meditation teacher, author, and 5Rhythms practitioner, Chris works through meditation and movement. His study approaches beauty as a moving dialogue between inner sensation and outer form, where putting the psyche in motion becomes a path to presence.
Part of the Forum’s week on Embodiment.

The Forum, Origin Edition, opens Sunday 25 October. Eight recorded Studies, The Book of Beauty, and seasonal live gatherings with WBF Founders. Join through the link in bio. Cover image by @zissou_

We launched @worldbeautyforum on a still Ibiza evening this June and forgot all about our bedtimes. Endless conversation under the stars and moon. Thank you to @charlesbals for spinning the vinyl, @kaimuraiofficial for your incredible art, and my visionary co-founder @jadecarolinecaron for weaving it all together. I am so excited to be creating this community with you.

If you would like to continue in this conversation with us and @worldbeautyforum, we’re launching our six-week live programme on the study of beauty at the end of October. Come sit with us. ✨

THE FORUM - OCT 25 to NOV 25 - 6 WEEKS EXPERIENCE LIVE

World Beauty Forum began with a calling: to study beauty as a way of living, a discipline that connects our inner world to how we move through the outer one.

This is the skeleton of The Forum itself.

Each door opens live, one by one, as The Forum unfolds this fall. The insights, the research, the conversations inside: held only for those who walk through.

Join The Forum this fall to access every chapter of The Book of Beauty. Link in bio
