Grazie 🙏 ___________ 👑 «…I treasure the recollections of a Slow Food restaurant he [Carlo Petrini] took me to in Florence a few years ago, run by an old friend of his, an indomitable character whose whole approach represented the cultural and culinary essence of the Slow Food movement. Never have I enjoyed a dinner more, nor laughed so much, with two such irresistibly memorable individuals.» These are the words of His Majesty King Charles III in the letter sent to Slow Food on the occasion of the opening of Terra Madre Salone del Gusto in Turin. They bring back the memory of the dinner held at Cibrèo in 2017, with the then Prince Charles and “Carlin” Petrini, and offer Fabio Picchi words and emotions that so perfectly capture the “indomitable” spirit of the founder of the Cibrèo Group. It was a great honour to be part of that event in 2017, and today it is deeply moving to know that Fabio left such a vivid and heartfelt memory in the heart of His Majesty the King. Thank you. 🙏 🍅 Cibrèo Firenze dal 1979 ☎️ +39 055 234 1100 📧 booking@cibreo.com

@cibleofirenze was the first Asian restaurant where I experienced the warmth and genuine hospitality I usually associate with Italy. A place where East meets West not only on the plate, but also in the way you are welcomed. The name itself tells the story: Ciblèo is a meeting point between @cibreo_firenze and the Asian influences that define this intimate dining experience. Unlike its renowned Florentine counterpart, Ciblèo brings together Tuscan ingredients and traditions with Asian flavours, techniques and inspiration. And the setting makes the experience even more special: it is truly tiny — just 8 seats at the counter and 2 or 3 small tables. Almost like being invited into someone’s kitchen. #ItalianFood #ItalianCuisine #FoodItaly #foodporn #Florence

And we’re coming back, ready to cure every post-holiday trauma with a season full of theatre, music, performances, encounters and dinners. ❤️ This year also brings some exciting new additions, including SOTTO IL SEGNO DI SALE, a series of free encounters between authors and readers, born from the wonderful experiences we shared during the Festival with Liberia Malaparte. And, of course, our themed dinners, because talking about food and creating culture around what we eat has always been one of our passions. 🍽️ Because Teatro del Sale is not simply a place to see a show: it is a home open to the city, a meeting place, a space made of people. With the same spirit we breathed during the Festival, we’re reopening our doors on 17 SEPTEMBER. 🎭 See you at Teatro del Sale! 📊 Valutazione Food Firenze: 4,21/5 🔵 CONSIGLIATO Provato. Pagato. Raccontato.
