@wpumvb | Men’s Volleyball Off-Season

A quick look into how the Men’s Volleyball team has been training in preparation for their spring season. Immediately following our warmup we will often utilize Olympic Lift derivatives. This is greatest opportunity during the session for our guys to produce high outputs. The goal is to become proficient at these lifts so we aren’t spending any time teaching them in-season.
