You guys.. THIS👏🏼🍫😍

Low cal, high protein, gut friendly «Ferrero Rocher» dessert, lunch, snack… to be honest I could eat this for every meal🤤

The best thing, it takes 5 minutes to make! No cooking, no baking, just throw it all together, wait for the chocolate to harden and you have it. ✨

425kcal / 24g protein
You’ll need:

1,5 ricecake
10g Cashews (or walnuts is usually better if you have a sensitive gut)
18g dates
180g Greek vanilla yoghurt, lactose free
13g PB2 (or you can use normal peanut butter, but then the calories will be higher)
10g 70% dark chocolate (mix with a pinch of coconut oil for the texture)
10g Callowfit peanut & caramel sauce ( @getfit.no )

Great for meal prep also, but the texture isn’t gonna be as crunchy the next day but it’s still a 10/10🤌🏼

Let me know in the comments what you think if you give it a try💕

🥕🍰CARROT CAKE ENERGY BALLS🍰🥕
114 kcal / 4,5g protein per ball

Perfect as snacks on busy days when you don’t have time to pack or sit down for a proper meal and just need some fuel, especially at work! Easy to prep, easy to bring with you, and a much better option than ending up grabbing something random when you get hungry. 🤍

Ingredients – 12 balls

• 60 g grated carrots
• 80 g gluten-free oats
• 106 g soaked & pitted dates
• 40 g shredded coconut
• 50 g PB2
• 10 g honey
• A splash of vanilla drops or Zero Cheesecake Drops
• ½ tsp ginger
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• White chocolate + a little coconut oil for topping

Method:
Add everything except the white chocolate and coconut oil to a food processor/blender and blend until you have a sticky dough. Roll into 12 balls and place in the freezer/fridge.

Melt the white chocolate with a little coconut oil and drizzle over the balls. Place them back in the freezer until the chocolate has set. 🤍 You can keep this in the freezer to have them last longer 🥰

Please comment if you try these!

⚠️Disclaimer: 1,400 calories a day is not something I’d recommend or consider sustainable long-term.

Today was just a lazy work day with a rest day from the gym, so my activity level was low and I simply didn’t feel the need to eat more. Some days you’ll naturally be hungrier than others, and that’s completely okay.

The most important thing is to listen to your body—not mine, not someone else’s on social media. Your calorie needs will vary depending on your activity level, goals, and what your body is telling you.

This is simply what I ate today, not what I eat every day. 🤍

So @getfit.no was celebrating their anniversary yesterday with some discounts, so obviously I had to stop by and grab some of my essentials and some new protein powders to try out!✨

Tip for those of you who’s like me and struggle with the taste of protein: the cinnamon bun protein bar literally taste like If cinnamon bun and gingerbread dough had a baby. It’s SO good, I could eat 6 a day I’f I didn’t have self control 🤪
