We Can Do Hard Things. 💪

A huge thank you to Coach Solomon for making the trip all the way from Iowa and pouring into our athletes this week. Your passion for teaching, attention to detail, and commitment to developing athletes the right way left a lasting impact on our community.

One message echoed through every session: discipline matters. The easy path doesn’t build champions. Doing the hard things—day after day, rep after rep—is what makes athletes stronger, both in tumbling and in life.

We’re grateful for your time, your energy, and the knowledge you shared. Safe travels home, and we can’t wait to have you back in Carrollton soon! 🐺🔥
