One of my favorite ways to load a split squat for athletes.

Safety bar + dead stop on the pins.

I like these for athletes because you’re getting strong in a position where you have to produce force and stabilize all from a dead stop.

Set the pins, get comfortable in the bottom, come to a complete stop, and drive.

In life, we must choose our regrets!

Life is full of regrets. There are no universal right or wrong answers. Many PREFER to live their life differently than I do, and that’s fine. I do think it’s important to reflect very often and choose our regrets based on the goals we have, the person we want to be for ourselves, and the person we want to be for those around us.
