Day 5• Today I celebrate gratitude for the ability to share knowledge openly & ask genuinely for help. Last night I was able to meet-up with a small group of friends in Atlanta and we held a “think tank” night. Basically, we all took turns speaking about what we’re currently working on, our struggles, our aspirations and just the ups and downs of life. We asked openly and genuinely for help and guidance from one another. We celebrated small and large wins of others (even if the person was hesitant to celebrate for them self). Most importantly- we shared our knowledge nuggets with one another. •

I recently read these words from the great Arnold Schwarzenegger in @timferriss book #toolsoftitans - “I always tell people that you can call me anything that you want, but don’t ever, ever call me a self-made man. It gives the wrong impression, that we can do it alone. None of us can. The whole concept of the self-made man or woman is a myth. I would have never made it in my life without the help. So, this is why I don’t believe in a self-made man. Why I want you to understand that is, because as soon as you understand that you are here because of a lot of help, then you also understand that now it’s time to help others. That’s what this is all about.” @schwarzenegger

I’m grateful to constantly be creating communities (no matter where I live or go) of supportive growth for one another. When YOU win, I win- we ALL win. No one accomplishes anything all on their own. I’m grateful for an open heart and vision that understands this and wants to bring others with me to the top.

Learn more about our first guided journal, “The Journal of Mindful Movement” from a couple of our favorite people, @marzenko and @mammacat23!
Here at the Outdoor Journal Tour our primary focus is us (read: women)! Our healing, our stories, how we feel, how we move through the world and creating connection within ourselves, our community and the beautiful world around us. So this journal means a lot to us, it allows us to connect no matter where we are. It facilitates uncomfortable, but important discussions and guides us to look deeper inward. Remember, healing does not imply brokenness, only areas of our lives that require compassionate attention. ❤️ Visit our website to grab your copy, the 25% off promo for #worldmentalhealthday has been extended through the end of the day!

Life isn’t always rainbows and butterflies. And working with your partner can be a bitch. (Multiple bitches at times)

But let me tell you, when the rainbows and butterflies do show up.... it’s fucking ahhh. mazing.

I love her.

I love this.

And now, not only are we #sponsored by @rei
but now we are @merrell ambassadors too.

The fact that anyone, let alone major brands, give a shit about what we’re doing with the @outdoorjournaltour is so fucking dope.
Of course the work doesn’t stop. But it’s so freaking awesome to been seen.

Ok, that’s it. Carry on with your day! 😘
