Ladies, please don’t ever settle for a love that makes you feel small, afraid, or unworthy. Don’t stay in an unhealthy relationship simply because it’s familiar, or because you’re afraid you’ll never find love again.

After everything I’ve been through, these little reminders Brian leaves on my door mean more to me than any expensive gift ever could.

Real love doesn’t leave you questioning your worth. It reminds you to take care of yourself, encourages you to grow, and makes you feel safe.

Never let the fear of being alone keep you somewhere you’re not being loved the way you deserve. ❤️. #theuniversespeaks #gratefull #narcisistsurvivor

There’s something incredibly special about a man who makes time for what feeds your soul, simply because he knows it matters to you. Thank you, Brian, for sitting beside me, sharing ideas, asking deeper questions, and being willing to grow together. In a world that rarely slows down for meaningful conversations, having someone who chooses to share those moments with me means more than you know. ❤️#bahai #bahaiintraining #meaningfulconversations #longbeach

Last night was fuckin beyond words. This was a show a seriously did not want to miss. The line up alone was worth going, but it also being the LAST @sepultura show in the US before they retire.

Thanks so much to my brother from another mother @doccoyle and the fuckin legend @derrickgreenofficial for such an amazing night.

Too many friends and not enough clear pictures. Just as it should be. If you got any pics, tag me!
