The whole room is soft. Washed linen, slipcovered chairs, raw wood, muted tones. And then the curtain rod. Thin black iron that gives the windows just enough structure without competing with anything.

That’s the balance. Something strong enough to hold the weight, quiet enough to let the room speak.

The details nobody points out but everybody feels ✦

A hand-forged bracket instead of a stamped one. Iron rings that glide instead of scrape. A rod custom crafted in length and finish — never stamped out in a factory.

Luxury isn’t loud. It’s the hardware.

An oldie but a goodie. The primary bathroom at #CasaVista was a simple stunner. What was once a garage was transformed into the perfect primary suite.

Featuring the London Vanity, @zia_tile cement tile in bone, a classic Carrara countertop and aged brass fixtures. Photo by @tessaneustadt. 💫
