Does your Yoga Practice support you off the mat?✨ As the year fully ramps up here’s a gentle reminder to carve some time out for yourself! 🧘‍♀️🧘 Life can be busy, beautiful, chaotic, confusing, exciting .. if you’re out there living, chances are high you’re going to bump bootys with the full range of this human experience. Sometimes wonderful, sometimes painful, sometimes messy, sometimes filled with more joy than you could possibly hold.💛 Wherever you are right now on your unique life journey, have you considered your own Yoga Journey? Why would you start a consistent Yoga Journey? To offer yourself the space to determine what you want, the space to process all parts of this big crazy life before it passes you by. I promise you that a genuine, consistent yoga practice will gift you clarity and patience in ways you previously only could have dreamed of. 🤍 .. 🧘‍♀️ from this place, you go out, you build, you create, you (en) joy, you live the life you truly want out loud! Full volume! ✨ 🏄‍♀️ Ride the wave but don’t forget to check in with yourself daily. Keep your finger on your pulse.. before you tend to every one else’s. From this place, you meet others with more clarity, more presence and SO much love to give. 🦋 It took me a while to come to it but my words for 2025 are the following.. 💛 Create 💛 Experience 💛 (en) joy I'm curious, what are your words for 2025? What feels true for YOU as you slide into this brand new year? 🧘‍♀️ Join me on the below 👇 dates in Palermo 🇦🇷 to start your unique Yoga Journey!🧘‍♀️🧘 ☀️ 25 January @ 10am ☀️ 1 February @ 11am ☀️ 8 February @ 11am
