Sunday doesn’t have to be the day you pay for the week you just had.

A reset isn’t about cramming in more prep. It’s about doing just enough to make tomorrow lighter, and then actually stopping.

Write it down. Pick your three. Prep one small thing. Then rest in a way that gives something back.

And if every weekend feels like recovery, the weekend may not be the problem. It may be worth asking what needs to change about the week itself.

Life moves fast and asks so much of us. We get so focused on growing that we forget to stop and admire what’s already bloomed.

Take a look at how far you’ve come. Look at everything you’ve carried, everything you’ve built even while hardship pressed in, and the grief you’ve moved through (and may still be holding). Look at you.

I truly believe the younger version of you would be so proud. Proud of the hard decisions. Proud of every “no” you offered even when your knees were shaking. Proud of every “yes” that opened the door to joy. And proud of the voice you’ve reclaimed, especially in the places where you were once silenced.

Growth is a beautiful commitment. And sometimes the most healing thing we can say is, “I am already enough.”

This popped up in my emails this morning from @dailyom and I thought I'd share it word for word as it explains beautifully about our chakra / energy centres and how our health, happiness and well-being relies on these.

"Many of us know the feeling of falling into the same patterns of anxiety, self-sabotage, or chronic stress. Over time, that inner strain can begin to speak through your body, too — as physical pain, fatigue, restlessness, or simply longing to feel like yourself again. These experiences may be signs that your chakras have fallen out of balance.

Your chakras are living, intelligent energy centers within your body, each containing its own frequency, memory, and electromagnetic origin. Stacked like a ladder from the base of your spine to the crown of your head, they are believed to influence your mind, body, and spirit. When they are balanced, you experience health, vitality, and wholeness. But when they’re blocked, they begin to resemble a river slowed by fallen branches and debris — creating distress and dis-ease.

The beautiful thing is that you can learn to work with these sacred centers and invite greater balance back into your life. As stagnant energy begins to move, you may experience more happiness, health, and well-being — creating space to feel more grounded in your body, more trusting of your intuition, and more connected to a sense of peace and calm."
