Nothing like a PB to start the week, fuelled by the main man @danborambo . Double BW at 140 for 2 sets of 3, only filmed the first. To say I barely lifted this for 1 even with straps around 5 weeks ago is a massive improvement. Consistency and hard work can get you anywhere. Strength is on the up and I’m looking forward to putting on a show at ATHX Liverpool with my mate @fletcherhampshire . Let’s go🔥

6 months ago I made the decision to drop down a weight division to 155lb (70.3kg) a weight I haven't made in over 20yrs and it scared me as I doubted myself at being able to make it safely with my health and strength still there but I turned to the great @danborambo and we had a chat and he assured me it could be done and done right but it was gonna be hard but after working with Dan on my last fight I put my trust in him once again and no we are here official weight 154.8lbs (70.2kg) strong and healthy ❤️

Thought it was about time I made a post on the grid after a good couple years. The surrounding that is the @bofitfam is unreal. Since becoming part of this community and starting on plan with Dan just 18 weeks ago my progression not just in the gym but as a person has been immense. The man is now a very good friend of mine and within just over 4 months has learnt how to control my body like the back of his hand. I can honestly say he should be known for many trades not just a coach but a bodybuilder who lives and breathes this sport himself, a therapist, businessman and all round just a top bloke. Slides 2 and 3 show a comparison of me now in July 2026 on the right to little me on July of 2024. Just 2 years ago! Those of you who know my story know that the gym has almost held me together over the last few years and the community surrounding it is better than anything else you’ll find🖤❤️

🔥 12 week ONLINE transformation 🔥

🚨 Welcome Mikey to the CMD grid 🚨

Mikey came to me after we spoke on a recent golf stag doo for a close friend (big up the lawman @rjlgolf ) he had 12 weeks and wanted to lose 10kg for an upcoming family holiday starting at a nice easy 100.6kg right from the off I knew 10kg was going to be easy work for Mikey he was locked in from the word go,

the target was 90kg that target fell 🎯
The new target was 85kg AGAIN that fell 🎯

The new very unlikely target of 80kg and a MASSIVE 20kg loss was in our sights but not to shy away Mikey rang me to up the workload and lower the food and after a short sharp ‘peak week’ BOOM WE HIT THE MARK 🎯 weighing in at 80.3kg this morning a huge 20.3kg loss in just 12 weeks is insane work!! 🤯

This man is the busiest man on the planet in and out of meetings all day to and from central London few times a week never had a minute to spare!

Or so he thought everyone and I mean everyone!! has the time to make a change to their health and wellbeing all you have to do is want it enough to make the time and change old habits. Mikey has been absolute pleasure to coach online never strayed away from the goal focused the whole way never took his eye off the ball well done sir well done enjoy yourself tomorrow on your much deserved family holiday! ✈️ ☀️ (try even that golfers tan out) 🤣
