POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Recently I was working with one of our athletes at an exclusive nationwide gym facility,
and was approached by one of their more experienced coaches inquiring about our work.

“I hope you don’t mind me watching, but I’ve never seen anything like it before.”

I was more than happy to explain the principles behind what I do.

“This make’s absolute sense, why doesn’t everyone do it?!”

Because it’s not easy.
Since 2001 it’s been a constantly evolving system based around my blueprint for athletic human movement,
and by continually reviewing pioneering research data,
we develop the most accurate conclusions possible to keep us at the forefront of elite sports performance both physically and psychologically.

To quote my good friend and @fc.galactico_ founder @dazzler_fcg,
“We relentlessly hunt for every single advantage that will benefit our clients.”

I don’t care about anyone else’s opinion.
I have never, nor ever will be swayed by trends, fads, gimmicks, endorsements, the ignorant,
or the unprofessional.

We are evidence based.
All over the world our results speak for themselves.
We are changing the game.

The data doesn’t lie.
Football clubs are now reaping what they’ve sowed.
.
Athletes have a very short career,
during which they can potentially achieve financial security for the rest of their lives.
.
Every athlete has a choice:-
Thru can waste time with outdated programming that is both detrimental to performance whilst increasing the risk of injury.
.
Or they can systematically improve performance whilst reducing the risk of injury.
.
Choose wisely.📈🧠

I’m incredibly proud of @ben_wells2000 and we the work we have done to date.
After multiple career threatening injuries,
discarded by premier league clubs,
we went back to the drawing board and completely overhauled his inputs.
Subsequently Ben has now played his most consecutive run of games for over 6 years,
and his career is most definitely headed on the right trajectory.

Elias is a privilege to work with,
he never misses a session with us,
week in week out,
no excuses.
Subsequently he’s had his most productive season,
and earned himself a great contract at a new club.

2024 will be even better, as his development pathway with us is already in place.

Right Achilles tendon rupture.
Totally preventable.
It’s not the pitch.
It’s not the footwear.
It’s not his age.
It’s the way he moves.

Your nervous system is a product of its environment.
“We are what we repeatedly do”.

This injury was created by downloading the wrong movement patterns in the gym.
Fact.
I’ve seen it first hand.

The gym should be a place where athletic movement is developed, fine tuned, strengthened, nurtured.
Safe patterns.
Healthy patterns.
Effective patterns that simultaneously reduce the risk of injury and improve performance.

Improving athletic movement should be the number one goal.
Sports are not linear,
they are complex and unpredictable,
and the more fluid the athletic movement is,
the more dynamic, reactive and explosive they will be.

Athletes ARE NOT bodybuilders.
Athletes ARE NOT powerlifters.
Nor do they need to be.

Through educating our athletes,
@fc.galactico_ are changing the perception, approach, progression and application of supplementary gym training for professional athletes.

Our results speak for themselves.
Minutes on the pitch,
improved performance,
zero injuries.

Talent, functional intelligence, experience, maturity, effort, dedication, and practice….
It may not be the perfect recipe,
but these things will get you so close to perfection that most people will think you’ve achieved it.
