🇮🇹 HYROX ROME! 🇮🇹

A huge well done to all our amazing members and staff who took on HYROX Rome last week! 💪🔥

Months of training, hard work and commitment all coming together on race day and we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you. 👏

Whether it was your first HYROX or you’ve been there before, you showed up, pushed your limits and represented STGHLTC brilliantly. 🖤

Now… who’s ready for the next one? 👀🔥

HYROX training is officially in full swing

Today’s threshold session in 26-degree heat was BRUTAL
But surely that counts as good race prep… right?!

A big well done to our Trainer Danni, who competed in the TRYKA race at the ExCel in London over the weekend.

Coming 10th out of 85 in her age group! 👏

Which ‘sign’ is for you? 🏃‍♀️

Which are you going to send to a mate? ✨

And what others signs should there be? 👀

Plenty to shout about this month: PBs broken, milestones hit, people quietly proving what consistency does. But the real winners are the ones who kept showing up when it would’ve been easier not to.

That’s the work. That’s the room.

Onto July.

Same standard.
