I’m going to start sharing more of my fitness and wellness routine with you all, because it’s such a big part of my life.

Matcha is my go-to in the morning, and I always add 3 drops of my @elixhealing Cycle Balance formula made from a blend of organic herbs and botanicals to support my cycle & balance my hormones. Elix has truly been a game changer for me. Click the link in my bio for 15% off your first order of Elix 🤍

I normally workout 4-5 times a week using my @decretraining program. Trying to stay consistent with a busy schedule is always challenging but we’re making it work.

What does your fitness & wellness routine look like?

5 things I do on Sunday to prepare for the week as a business owner and strength coach:

1. CHURCH & PRAYER
I need the Lord to guide my week and help me show up the best for my wife, clients, family, and friends. Can’t start the week without prayer.

2. MEAL PREP: BREAKFAST & LUNCH
Mornings are busy, as I’m normally out the door by 4:30am. To stay on track, I’m always bringing my meals and snacks with me on the go.

3. CLOTHES ON DECK
Have two days worth of clothes cleaned and ready to wear.

4. CALENDARS & CLIENT PROGRAMS
Plan for the week, update @decretraining client programs, and catch up on messages.

5. REST
Nothing wrong with some TV time. Favorite shows right now are Reacher, Lioness, and anything Gordon Ramsay.

I’ve been on a two-year journey to reclaim my health and incorporate mindful wellness practices into my life.

After lots of research, I found @elixhealing in May and started incorporating their products into my routine. Elix combines Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern clinical research and, after taking an initial online health assessment, they provided me with a recommended custom organic herbal formula to support my specific hormone-related symptoms.

I now take Cycle Balance every morning, which is my 100% personalized formula of 12-18 herbs and botanicals that are organic and ethically-sourced.

Most recently, I also added Daily Harmony into my wellness routine, working to tonify my blood and Qi to balance stress and anxiety, support digestion, boost energy, and improve cognitive abilities.
