Some interviews just turn into a good time... and this was definitely one of them. (Hope you enjoy the dancing as much as we did!)🤪🙌

I had a blast catching up with Vince @vincenthall, the owner of @decretraining, at the @musiccityfitexpo. Great conversation, lots of laughs, and exactly the kind of energy that makes these events so much fun.

Behind every brand is a story, and I love getting the chance to introduce the people who are building them. Be sure to check out our interview and show Vince and the Decre Training team some love! 💪🎥
