Shift Happens. 🤍

Postpartum Program Reflection 🌸

This journey reminded me how strong and resilient I can be. Committing to 12 sessions — 12 hours of practice in just 4 weeks — wasn’t easy. With my baby Musa , short nights of sleep, and rushing every morning to prepare everything in a hurry, simply showing up felt like an achievement. Practicing itself was tough too, as my body was stiff at first. But I’m proud and happy that I stayed committed. This program gave me more strength, more confidence in my body, and more trust in myself.

The vibe was truly special — the instructors supported us while caring for our babies ‘ @dialajamaleddin @danaabughazaleh @toqaelkabany ‘ , and the energy of other amazing mommies practicing together made it even more inspiring.I also enjoyed reconnecting with my beloved home practice — the yoga sessions were my favorite part, grounding me and reminding me of how much I love that flow. And I was so happy with the thoughtful gift that pampered us at the end of the program @lo.labeauty — such a sweet way to close this journey.

I’m grateful for this experience and proud of what I accomplished. ✨✨✨
