When I got home I couldn’t fight the urge to sleep early that night and I had the deepest nights rest😴.

Feeling tired after a Spinal Flow Technique session is a normal part of the healing process, indicating that your body is integrating changes and releasing stored stress 🙌🏼
Spinal Flow aims to release blockages caused by physical, emotional, or chemical stress that disrupt the body’s innate healing.

This process helps shift the body from a sympathetic fight-or-flight state into a parasympathetic rest-and-digest state, allowing stored tension to be released and facilitating natural self-healing.
Your spine protects your central nervous system, the master communicator of your entire body, including your sleep, mood, energy, immunity, hormones, digestion, pain response, and ability to heal. When stress lives in the body, communication becomes blocked, healing becomes harder. Spinal Flow gently clears the interference so your body can breathe, release, repair and restore.
What you may experience:
✨Relief from tension or pain
✨Emotional release or clarity
✨Deep relaxation
✨Better sleep 😴
✨More energy 🙌🏼
