Memory box and love letters..💌

Photos with dear friends who are visiting, ala bora crew, singing all together, lovely facilitators and artists from different parts of the world, into the light wellness festival co-creation and a spontaneous face yoga session at 3.30 am with twenty people after dancing.

Sharing love and creating beauty in different forms is priceless..

If this summer has been teaching me something — it does so many things — one of them is definitely learning to love unconditionally with detachment. As a passionate soul who got used to swim in deep oceans, it has been quite hard, I should say, but it also pushes me to build faith and love even more than before.

Love, connection and beautiful relationships have no borders or limits. They are timeless, and I trust that whatever is real will always be there. The art and experiences we build are massive — sometimes I look back and can’t stop myself feeling so proud of all the magic we are creating together, for one another, with each person’s unique expression, leaving us with inspirations, lessons and new dreams.

Aren’t we living for these moments? Finding sparks and sharing them with people who were once strangers? What does this tell us about life and human experience? The unexplainable connections hit, and we are sharing one big party called life, giving each other what we need for where we are currently and where we are heading.

Using the creative force to be present with everything that exists and is ready to be born, inside out.

Thank you, life, and all the beautiful souls and experiences you are bringing up.

The womb is giving birth to creations.

The womb is experiencing love in different forms..

INTO THE LIGHT ’26

Movement, workshops across different disciplines, music, meaningful encounters and shared experiences ; all coming together in the beautiful nature of Bonjuk. What stayed with me most was the people: reconnecting with old friends, meeting new ones, and especially welcoming some very special new female friendships into my life.

This year also brought an exciting first: I taught my first functional training class. A beautiful reminder that no matter how long we’ve been doing what we do, there is always room to learn, grow and discover new excitement.

Having Mercan there made it even more special sharing the space with him and watching him experience some of these practices for the first time meant so much to me.

Thank you to everyone who shared this festival with us, and to our curator dearest @dilaraslight and @evrimtufekcioglu , @aslihankonez and the Bonjuk team for bringing it all together.

Until next year, Into The Light.

Luxury retreat nedir?

Klasik anlamda “lüks tatil”den biraz farklı. Daha çok kalabalıktan ve günlük hayattan uzaklaşıp, çok konforlu ve özel bir ortamda kendine çekilme, dinlenme ve yenilenme deneyimi demek.

Mesela gözlerden uzak çok özel bir villa, küçük ve seçkin bir resort, kişiye özel spa ve bakım programları, özel şef, yoga/meditasyon, doğa ve yüksek mahremiyet… Bunların hepsi bir luxury retreat deneyiminin parçası olabilir.

Buradaki lüks, sadece pahalı şeyler anlamına gelmiyor. Asıl lüks; mahremiyet, sessizlik, zaman, kişisel alan ve her şeyin sizin için düşünülmüş olması.

Çiçeklere olan aşkımı beni tanıyıpta bilmeyen yoktur. 🌸 Sevdiklerime çiçek almayı, kendi evimde hep taze çiçekler bulundurmaya bayılırım. Bu sabahta @dilaraslight arayıp hadi gel tam senlik bir yere gidicez diyince her şeyi iptal edip organik pazara geldim. Pazardan aldığımız organik sebzelerle kahvaltı edip, oturup harika sohbetler ettik. Bir de Dilara sana kartlarımı getirdim dedi.🪄

Müthiş mesajlarla, harika bir sabah oldu. 🌸

Mis abuelos me decían: “Antes de entrar en un lugar, aprende a pedir permiso. Hay cosas que los ojos no ven, pero el corazón sí reconoce.”

Hay una diferencia entre comenzar una ceremonia y abrir un espacio ceremonial.

Antes del cacao, antes de la música, antes de las palabras, para mí hay algo que debe suceder primero: pedir permiso.

A la Tierra.
Al Cielo.
A las direcciones.
A los ancestros.
A las fuerzas que en la sabiduría maya reconocemos como Nawales.

En Into the Light, en @bonjukbay , tuve el honor de abrir nuestro círculo desde esta memoria ancestral, reconociendo también el Nahual Ok’ (Tz’i) que acompañaba nuestro día y la enseñanza que traía para nuestro camino.

Y cuando el círculo termina, también hay que saber regresar. Agradecer. Cerrar. Volver al centro.

Para mí, ser un Keeper of Ancient Technologies significa precisamente esto: no solamente hablar de estas tradiciones, sino mantener vivas sus prácticas, sus códigos y su relación con lo invisible, llevándolas con respeto a nuevas tierras.
