I'm excited and nervous about next week Friday's show. This year has been superrr heavy (like the band 😋). It's been a rollercoaster to say the least, I've lost so much and gained so much more - and those who know know...
.
.
This event marks an epic new journey and steps towards my destiny. I give thanks for the opportunity to work with such amazing artists. From the behind-the-scenes pieces that make this thing work, to the front men on stage with me - I pray that Creator, the angels, the arch-angels, our spirit guides / spirit team walk with us through it and grant us space to express freely, and authentically from the heart. 💗

I want to share something that fits the theme of the eve...something that just happened to me... ❤️👑✨✨✨
.
.
I was looking for something specific to eat and the store that makes this dish was closing...as I was headed back home, I noticed a restaurant that I've never eaten at before...but I thought, even though the culture is kind of different, they may have a similar option...
.
.
I told the owner what I wanted and she suggested something larger, I said I have never had this so I'll build up to it another time... 🫡 while I was waiting, she came to me with a plate - told me what it was and pulled a piece of the roti-like bread, scooped up the food with one gentle hand, and blessed it before she fed me some...(I'm very conscious about that sorta thing - after all we just met, and I'ma gentleman 😉😭)
.
.
...There's a love that I'm learning to receive these days. It's not forced, it's not arbitrary, it doesn't come with an agenda...it's pure and from the heart! I can feel it, discernment is key to carry forth in this new era of my life. Jah guides the way and my father always has my back! 💯🙏🏾🙏🏾
.
.
This video is a testament to all the purity I've experienced this year, all the things that bring me joy when I look at it (even silly pics that just make me laugh 😂). I've always had a hard time receiving love - in many ways - I think I'm starting to recognize what love actually is (and I'm starting to get the hang of it!)

This song is for my Dad ❤️🥰👑 Merry Christmas!! In prayers you have been with me whenever you weren't around and now in spirit you're there with me, whether up or down. 🙌🏽✨
.
.
This one is also for all those who've lost someone... sing this chorus loud and remember them - always in all ways! 💯💯
.
.
Bonus support: type 'Someday' in the comments and get this track for a minimalist amount. Be a part of my art by supporting in some way on the journey...* #jahknows

Been really busy connecting and growing lately. God is great, always in all ways (for all days, yuhziiit!) 🫴🏾✨✨
.
.
Keep following your heart and finding spaces that lift you higher!! An ancient once said life is about learning and pleasure - isn't that a neat concept? 🤔💯
.
.
Do what brings pleasure to your soul and let go of what doesn't serve you anymore...all dem low tings, yuh know? ☮️

Greetings everyone

Authenticity has its ups and downs, but the healing it brings is priceless! 💯
.
.
Small gestures of genuine care go a long way. We strive to be impactful in the best way and deliver results that you can see the result of - sometimes results that are intangible
.
.
Thank you for your support these past years and our hope is you continue to support in some way...and if nothing else, your positive vibes are enough!
.
.
All the best for 2025...*

On December 1st, my buddy @empirethief asked me to join him and his band on stage, alongside @mehdirostami80 🙏🏾🙏🏾. I got up, faced that fear, let the spirit guide me and rocked a rap with the band...little did I realize what it meant in that moment - I'll explain...✨✨
.
.
My first, best friend was born on Dec. 1 1985. He left this earth on Dec. 6th 2009. 3 days prior he said 'dont give up on the music - it was some of the best times of our lives'. I started writing at age 11 with him and I've never stopped... 💯
.
.
Authentic personal expression is an act of resilience for me. It's also a testament to how far I've come from where I was before, and to what dreams may come as I carry onward toward my destiny. 🗡️
.
.
May what comes be better than what came before. It has been a beautiful journey and I give the utmost thanks for that. May Jah i-tinually guide my way and help me to release what and who no longer serves my spirit and soul...
.
.
As my ancestors walk with me through all the ups and downs, I shall keep my head up no matter the cost and my eyes on the horizon...* #Selahhh

Been having maad fun finding spaces of authenticity and expression lately - IYKYK - I'm all about that frfr! #protected
.
.
The time is now to triumph over the fears and doubts. No more running away from what scares you - and remember this journey is about youuuu and the creator, you don't need everyone to believe in you...(BC reality is they probably don't #facts 🫠🙃)
.
.
You just gotta believe in you. Believe in and SEE your light, and let go of who and what doesn't support - it's perhaps not for them anywayzZ, or better yet, they aren't ready for yaaa 🔥🔥🔥🔥 fam!!
.
.
Haha, tbreallll, that's what makes the difference, I'd say...* 🙌🏽✨🤗❤️

It's day 400 and what now!?...Cease the war! Cease fire!! Bun out all that's not true to life... 🙏🏽💯🔥🔥🔥
.
.
There's so much going on, ergo so much to say - reflect the times and build each other up to rise...
.

Chopped a piece of the rehearsal block to share...keep it pushing, fam...*

So I'm neatly wrapping up this EP for ya! The songs are basically available as of right now (Online and VIA directly), but I'm packaging it up so I can offer it in its togetherness lol - an organized artistic idea I'm going for... I'll reveal more later.
.
.
For now, fulljoy this clip! MINDSTATE is one of the harder tracks in that music time capsule. Like, no matter what we go through, we are still greater than we think... 🥰
.
.
Keep focused on where you're going rather than dwelling on the stumbling along the way, it'll help. I know not all shoes fit and stuff, but hey... it helps me...*

The past year has been one helluva ride! Standing stronger in who I am, I believe. I give thanks for all that came with it. I i-tinue to learn, create, and to help others heal through their pain, too - moving through spaces of joy.
.
.
I'm grateful for all that I came across and faced, all the guidance and support from others - especially, the personal supports from dear friends. There was so much beauty that blossomed and all that needn't be I feel God's dealing with it..
.
.
Jah knows the road and grace that may come, may I follow creator til I step away from this realm into eternity...give thanks for another return - more life, more joy, fam...*

#holdingitin is a song I released late last year to showcase an energy of resilience, courage and joy. Speaking about the shadow sides of life in a positive, upbeat sort of way.
.
.
It was born out of a moment of vulnerability and owning ones truth - what was your moment of true strength and/or courage? Share below...*
