✨ Please help us welcome Dr. Shiraz Ibrahim, our 6th Honoree Selection! ✨ @razaaayyy @doctorshirazz

Today, we celebrate a woman whose journey is a beautiful testament to what happens when purpose, passion, and perseverance come together.

Dr. Shiraz Ibrahim has built a remarkable path while remaining deeply rooted in her commitment to advocating for greater access, equity, and better oral healthcare for others. 🦷💙

But her story doesn’t stop there. She plans to use her education and experiences to bridge the gap in dental care, particularly in underserved communities. Her goal is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their background has access to the quality dental treatment they deserve!

Congratulations Dr. Ibrahim welcome to the 2027 Honoree panel ♥️

5️⃣ years (!!) as the Elite Sponsor, and every year I’m reminded why our partnership with @snda1972 matters. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to support and celebrate the incredible minority student dentists who are shaping the future dentistry!

There’s something so special about the passionate for community at this conference, everyone being committed to making dentistry better for the communities they serve.

When I tell you - a time was definitely had! Can’t wait for the next one, and see you all on campus soon! 🤎🤎

Feeling incredibly honored and grateful to have won the @colgateus “Care Beyond the Chair” scholarship and earned 2nd in the Research Presentation Competition at the 54th Annual National @snda1972 Convention. 🥹

To be recognized in both categories I submitted to is something I truly don’t take for granted.

Thank you to SNDA for an incredible conference and for creating opportunities that allow students to meet amazing people, share their work, and grow professionally.

A special thank you to Dr. Clark for always believing in me and making this project possible!

This weekend reminded me why I love what I do, and I’m excited to keep learning, serving, and growing. My heart is so full. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. 🤍🦷

White Coats & Impressions was a huge success! 😆

From inspiring dental panels and doctor mentorship to hands-on experiences with impressions, suturing, clay tooth molding, and dental mirror drawing, this event had it all!

We had an amazing time collaborating with our fellow organizations @ugasavingsmiles @uga.sdd @ugamssa @ugawomenindentistry and are so grateful to the dental panelists and doctors who came to support, uplift, and motivate the next generation of dental professionals.

✨ This will officially be an annual tradition , we can’t wait to see you all next year! ✨

August 16, 2025 will always stay in my heart. 💙 Today I volunteered with Hope Smiles for the very first time, and it was such a beautiful experience.

Serving the community alongside such kind and passionate people filled me with so much joy. Dr. Kemp, thank you for the way you organize these events with so much care. Dr. Cade, your mentorship and encouragement mean the world. And the Meharry students—you truly amazed me with your openness, warmth, and the way you shared your insights.

My heart was so full today. Surrounded by love, kindness, and service, I was reminded how essential giving back is—it connects us all in the most meaningful way. 🌿
