ALS LIFT-A-THON this Sunday!!

Come join us to help raise funds for @als , a nonprofit organization that I hold close to my heart ❤️‍🩹

You can join in one of 3 ways:

1) LIFTER: come deadlift with us on Sunday. Pick a challenging weight that you will attempt to deadlift for around 10 reps. Find sponsors (friends, family, your plumber, your mechanic, etc.) and have them sponsor a small amount per rep you complete. Ex: you perform a weight for 9 reps. At $6 per rep, your sponsor will donate $54 to the GoFundMe

2) SPONSOR: you can sponsor me directly! I’ll be deadlifting 405 lb for over 10 reps. Last year I did this same fundraiser alone and deadlifted 405 lb for 12 reps. I’ll be shooting for 13 reps 💀 You can also make a flat donation to the GoFundMe - link in bio 🔗

3) SUPPORT: come cheer us on! I’ll have drinks, donuts and coffee. 11 of us (so far) will be pushing our bodies for a great cause. We’ll need someone yelling at us 🫪

If you’re interested in supporting in any of these ways, send me a DM or just comment here! Can’t wait to see you all here ❤️

This was from Nov. of 2024. 2 months into going full time into my business.

@coachjordansimpson and I were doing our first collaboration on workshops. We were trying to record, and this is the “bloopers” part of it that no one saw😂

We would meet often at guiltless foods Co to talk about our dreams and workshop ideas and just business and life goals.

Those dreams are coming closer and closer to reality.

The goals I had for myself were basic, back then. Just do it.

Now? we are coming for EVERYTHING. We are doing things out of spite. We are doing things for those that don’t believe. We are doing it for those that want to do it for themselves but unsure of it. We are doing it for those that deserve real care.

This business was built for the person that thinks differently, works out differently, and even may be different in their own right.

My goals now are astronomical. Am I delusional? You’re got damn right I am. But if we aren’t a little delusional, then why even shoot for the dreams we have.

Here’s to the long haul. Here’s to being a little goofy and weird and a little nerdy. Here’s to being me.

Love, Dr. Richi “no e”.

You PR’d. Congrats!!!

But at what cost?

When back pain shows up after a lift, it’s usually a capacity issue, not a damage issue.

Let’s build the foundation the right way and the PRs don’t come with consequences.

If your back is still “angry” after heavy lifts, let’s fix that.

PT Pet Peeve Alert, Hot take alert, whatever tf you wanna see it as..

Let’s talk about reverse hypers on the GHD.

If your legs are flying up like you’re trying to kick the ceiling…

you’re missing the point.

Reverse hypers aren’t about momentum or how high your feet go.
They’re about controlled hip extension, glute engagement, and protecting your low back, NOT cranking through it.

Slow it down.
Control the movement.
Own the bottom and the top.

Your spine will thank you.
Your glutes will finally show up.

And your “reverse hyper” will actually do what it’s supposed to do.

If you’re not sure you’re doing them right, this is your sign.
DM “GHD” and I’ll help clean it up.

Love, always,
Dr. Richi “no e”, PT, DPT

“It’s not my knee… it’s the weather.”

Patient: “It just randomly hurts.”
Also patient: Hasn’t strengthened it. Skipped the basics. Ignored warning signs.

As PTs, we see this all the time.

Pain doesn’t show up out of nowhere - it’s usually the result of habits, load, recovery, and consistency (or lack of it).

My job isn’t to blame.
It’s to educate, be honest, and help you take ownership so things can actually change.

Because the moment you stop making excuses…
is the moment progress starts.

🎯 Accountability > excuses
🎯 Education > guessing
🎯 Action > complaining

Ready to stop blaming the knee and start fixing it?
DM “KNEE” and let’s get to work.

It’s always love around here,

Ok ok… I admit, I might not know THAT kind of spell (😅)…

but I DO know how to help you get rid of back pain.

And here’s the truth:

No magic spell.
No magic potion.

But there IS:
- Hard work and real investment
- A plan built around YOUR needs
- Strategies that actually move you forward

At the end of it all, you get the results you came for.

THAT spell works every time. 😌

Ready to cast your back pain away?
Comment “WITCH” and let’s get started.
