2025 Part 2

Didn't even get to the end of the year. And can't be doing with a part 3. There's self-indulgence and then there's self-indulgence.

High vibes, deep healing, and pure angel connection! ✨

Yesterday’s Manifesting with the Angels workshop was nothing short of magical. Together, we:
💫 Released blocks and raised our energy
👼 Connected with the angels and their guidance
🤍 Formed beautiful soul connections in a supportive space
🌟 Sat in creative energy to give birth to our dreams

The energy was incredible, with everyone experiencing angels in their own unique ways:

“I felt so floaty, and could really feel the angels around me.”

“It was a perfectly balanced workshop, just magical.”

“I saw so much colour and felt the angels around me”

“It was such an amazing day. Thank you so much you’re amazing”

“Thank you so much for today, I absolutely loved it!!! It’s made a world of difference”

If you missed this one, don’t worry—there’s more to come! Keep your heart open and your energy high. The angels are always guiding you.

I hold a variety of in-person and online events, next event is an angel circle, on 4th May, 5-7pm at the Bisley yurt. An evening of angelic reiki, meditation, crystals, cards and tea with a like minded angel community. Link in bio to book through Eventbrite or message me for more info

The #Offies2025 was fantastic! What a wonderful evening surrounded by such talented and exciting theatre community. Congratulations to @littler_tom @alex29hill @jermynstreettheatre and all the winners last night! I didn’t win but I am so chuffed and honored to have been a finalist alongside so many cracking nominees. This is my third nomination but first time as a finalist!!! Thank you to my lovely friends and family for coming along and to everyone that has been supporting me from home! 😃🥰✨

There’s a phrase in film ‘put your money in front of the camera’ - meaning filmmakers should invest in what the audience will see. I’m not sure I buy that. Not only does the phrase dismiss the amazing things that can be achieved with the right production staff but there’s a world of things the audience don’t see but that matter when creating things fully, well, safely and with respect for the people on the team. This pic of @eilidhmccormick @mslouiseoliver and @zoeabimeg between shots is a great example. They’re in covid masks because one of our cast had been exposed to covid just prior to the shoot. Whilst their covid test had been negative the day we started shooting we had a group of freelancers working with us who couldn’t afford to be out sick for any amount of time as a result of a risk taken on our set. On top of that we had a few immunocompromised folk on the team who were especially vulnerable.

Running covid protocols on a set is no small undertaking but film making is risky in all sorts of ways and considering health and safety is part of how we value our team. The last 10 years have seen various movements that seek to improve onset safety from the introduction of intimacy choreographers in the wake of #MeToo to the #APledgeForSarah and the development of the #SetSafety and #IGCSafety apps which all responded to the onset death of camera assistant Sarah Jones. I’m happy to be a creative maverick and a frequent rule breaker when it comes to how things are created and staged. But earning the right to take those kinds of risk is built on the back of having a rigorous assessment and plan for all the things that could go potentially go wrong.
