Summer #3 ✅

I swear every year after I complete a summer I change and my life changes as well and it’s always for the better. I am genuinely so grateful to have gotten through this past summer. Wouldn’t say I dominated but i definitely worked my tail off and it’s paying off. God, family, friends and everything and everyone along the way I am blessed to have in my life. Next summer we will triple what we did this year. EGPC is the way and the truth.

I am hiring for next summer I will be leading my biggest sales team ever next year. And from there we will continue to grow. DM me if you want to learn a little more of what the bug business has to offer for you

KC Show Recap:

Well family we did the damn thing, a class win and 3rd overall in MP, a 7/14 finish in Classic from a stacked ass class being my first time, I couldn’t be happier with how I did and the package @ifbbpro.timjon88 and I brought to the stage.

Got some amazing feedback from a very high level IFBB Pro judge and I will make the improvements on my physique. They loved my frame and structure, said I had the best stage presence but just needed more size to fill out the frame which we knew coming into show.

I will not be competing in the Winter Classic however I will be in attendance helping coach and pose and learn as much as I can to progress myself and grow as a coach and bodybuilder!

I met some of the most amazing humans backstage and at the venue this year and it reminded me how important it is to get out of your comfort zone, get out of your head and interact with people. Show day is draining and if you can create a bond and share some energy with others, it makes the journey and experience that much more sweet! S/O @berelentless11 @ab.pepper_fit @austintfuller @bigdawgmat @andrewjarozewski @coacherickalittlejohn @jena.rae4 @j_pdave_ and so many others to tag! You guys let me annoy the hell out of you and make the weekend fun💯🔥

Lastly I want to thank everyone for all the amazing support you guys have shown me over the last 8 months, I truly am Blessed and Grateful and do not take any of it for granted! Thank you so much! You guys made this journey what it was so I wanted to do right by you and give you a snippet of the weekend and a deep dive update on everything! Life is good❤️💯 god has a plan, don’t stress, just do!
