🌹France 2026🌹

This was not a retreat it was a remembrance.

And it was highly activational for all of us 🤍⚔️🌹🌌

I wanted to share the magic✨

And to thank the ‘bestest’ person, my best friend Caitlin who held the framework for such a beautiful adventure. Thank you darling @caitlin.calllahan you truly go above and beyond.

Time and time again she supports me so I can float in and sprinkle on my magic.

This adventure to connect with the Magdalene energies of the mountains and waters was truly one we will never forget thank you to the ladies who came with us and allowed us to step into what we love so much 💖✨🌀🪞🪩

Here’s to finding our voices ✨🔑🤍💛🌹

I have always struggled to define what I do for a living. I created @benshen.co in 2019 because I was learning so much and was passionate about what I was learning and just started sharing with others. Pouring words onto PDFs, rambling on livestreams, teaching meditations to a community that grew and grew, finding the most MAGICAL teachers along the way and sharing them with our growing coven. I never imagined it would become what it was today. I simply loved learning and loved sharing.

For a long time, I called myself a yoga teacher because that was technically true. Yoga was the doorway. Kundalini was the foundation. But over time, that title began to feel too small for the work itself. The longer I did this, the more I realized that what fascinated me was not just the practice, but the deeper question underneath it: what shapes powerful and embodied women, past, present and future?

Today, I think of myself less as a teacher and more as an investigator, curator, and storyteller. I gather pieces from history, mythology, spirituality, psychology, embodiment, and lived experience and weave them together into something women can actually use in their own lives.

BENSHEN was never really about yoga. Yoga was simply one of the languages. At its heart, BENSHEN has always been a study of feminine power: how women remember who they are, reclaim what has been lost, and initiate themselves into deeper levels of aliveness, embodiment, sovereignty, and purpose.

I’m so happy you all have come on this wild ride with me (and stay around for my absolute chaotic rambles 😂♥️🐍).

Watching my soul brother marry the love of his life wasn’t just another wedding. From sharing breathing techniques in the olive gardens of the Greek mountains… to standing behind the camera on one of the biggest days of their lives 💍

I feel honored to capture this chapter 🙏

Wherever you’re watching from, may this love touch your heart the way it touched ours that day 💛
