LAST HUSL RUN CLUB OF 2025 🏃‍♂️🔥

That’s a wrap for the year
20 run clubs done!!

What started as a simple “come run with me this Sunday” has turned into a full on run club 😂

We went from doing short loops around a 1km track to smashing 10-15km runs together.

The growth has been crazy.

Huge shoutout to everyone who’s pulled up this year. Whether you came once or didn’t miss a single one.

Proud of all of you, and this wouldn’t exist without you.

We’ll be back even bigger next year. Starting in Feb

In a building phase I definitely do like to have a little bit of leeway as far as food quality, it helps sustain the bulk, and makes it easier to get in such high amounts of cals. BUT, those processed foods should never replace your essential vitamins and minerals that NEED to be met to ensure you’re growing, sustainably, and maintaining your health.

Volume and intensity.
The main drivers of progress in the gym! Yet people always move volume far higher then it needs to be, especially when they aren’t yet training as hard as they possibly can

The benefits occur OUTSIDE the gym, so why the hell do you want to be in there 6-7 days per week? Instead, focus on making the 4-5 days you are in the gym as INTENSE as you can, so you can focus on the recovery and the growth 😎

Great comp!!! Qualified for worlds again and spent the weekend handling all of my athletes as well who went 8/9 on the podium

Big ups to @thesouthcoaststrengthcoach for putting up with my shit throughout the prep and I’m keen to see what can be done in November!!
