A look back at our very first Roll & Recover. 🙌

The goal has always been simple: 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗽 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗶𝘂-𝗝𝗶𝘁𝘀𝘂 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆. 🤝

Too often, athletes only meet a therapist after they're already injured. We wanted to change that by creating a space where grapplers could roll, recover, ask questions, and connect with practitioners who don't just treat the sport — they train it, understand it, and are part of the same community.

This event was exactly what we hoped for: hard rounds, recovery between rolls, great conversations, and new connections. Seeing everyone take advantage of the opportunity to learn more about their bodies while spending time on the mats together was exactly what Roll & Recover is all about.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made our first event such a success. We can't wait to do it again. 👊

Our first Roll & Recover was a success! 🙌

We wanted to create a space where grapplers could connect with practitioners who don't just treat the sport — they train it, understand it, and share the same passion for the mats.

We believe that shared experience leads to better conversations, better recovery, and stronger relationships within the community.

The day was exactly what we hoped for: ✅ Great rounds. 💥 Recovery between rolls. 💆 Plenty of questions. 💬 And conversations that continued long after the timer stopped. It was awesome seeing everyone take advantage of the opportunity to roll, recover, and connect.
