My dad was the Grand Marshal of the 2026 Sunland-Tujunga 4th of July parade. I wasn’t able to be there but my friend @camerajason snapped some awesome photos for us. Also, thanks to @polarbeardad9 and family for going out to support as well.

🌑🐍 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧 🐍🌑⁣ ⁣ Yesterday, we gathered once again in sacred space and chose to go deeper.⁣ ⁣ If Initiation was about recognizing the shadow, Descent was about listening to it.⁣ ⁣ Together, we explored the layers beneath our patterns, emotional triggers, protective behaviors, and the stories we have carried for far longer than we may realize. Through the lens of Carl Jung, ritual, tarot, meditation, tea, reflection, and honest self-inquiry, we began uncovering not only what our shadows contain, but why they formed in the first place.⁣ ⁣ We spoke about the masks we wear, the roles we learned to play, the survival strategies that once kept us safe, and the hidden parts of ourselves that have been waiting patiently to be understood.⁣ ⁣ More importantly, we practiced something that can feel both simple and incredibly difficult:⁣ ⁣ ✨ Understanding instead of judgment.⁣ ✨ Compassion instead of shame.⁣ ✨ Curiosity instead of fear.⁣ ⁣ I want to acknowledge every person who chose to continue this journey.⁣ ⁣ Descent requires a different kind of courage.⁣ ⁣ The courage to sit with what surfaces.⁣ The courage to explore the roots beneath the pattern.⁣ The courage to listen to the parts of yourself you may have spent years trying to silence.⁣ ⁣ This work is not easy, and yet each of you showed up willing to meet yourselves with honesty, vulnerability, and an open heart.⁣ ⁣ For that, I am deeply grateful. 🖤⁣ ⁣ A special thank you to The Crooked Path LA @thecrookedpath_la and the incredible Eve Morrigan @eve_morrigan for creating a space where this work could unfold. It is an honor to witness such meaningful conversations and courageous self-exploration.⁣ ⁣ As we move toward Reclamation, the journey shifts once more.⁣ ⁣ We have looked.⁣ We have listened.⁣ We have begun to understand.⁣ ⁣ Now we prepare to reclaim.⁣ ⁣ To everyone who joined us:⁣ ⁣ Thank you for your trust.⁣ Thank you for your honesty.⁣ Thank you for your willingness to descend into the depths and remain present with what you found there.⁣ ⁣ The shadow spoke.⁣ ⁣ And this time, you listened a little deeper. 🌙🐍🍎🖤✨⁣ ⁣ #ShadowWork #TheNightMirror #LilithianCoaching #CarlJung #TheCrookedPathLA

🌑🐍 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 🐍🌑⁣ ⁣ Yesterday, we gathered in a sacred space to begin a journey that many spend a lifetime avoiding. Not because it is easy, but because it asks us to turn toward the parts of ourselves we have been taught to turn away from.⁣ ⁣ Together, we explored the foundations of Shadow Work through the lens of Carl Jung, reflection, ritual, tarot, meditation, tea, and honest self-inquiry. We spoke about the hidden aspects of the self, the stories we inherit, the masks we wear, and the ways our shadows quietly shape our lives from beneath the surface.⁣ ⁣ More importantly, we practiced something many of us were never taught:⁣ ⁣ ✨ Meeting ourselves with curiosity instead of judgment.⁣ ✨ Compassion instead of criticism.⁣ ✨ Awareness instead of avoidance.⁣ ⁣ I want to take a moment to acknowledge every single person who attended.⁣ ⁣ Shadow work requires courage.⁣ ⁣ It takes bravery to sit with discomfort.⁣ It takes bravery to ask difficult questions.⁣ It takes bravery to look honestly at yourself and remain open to what you find.⁣ ⁣ Each of you showed up willing to do exactly that.⁣ ⁣ And for that, I am deeply grateful.⁣ ⁣ 🖤⁣ ⁣ A special thank you to The Crooked Path LA @thecrookedpath_la and the incredible Eve Morrigan @eve_morrigan for inviting me to be part of something so meaningful, intentional, and sacred. It was an honor to share this space, witness these conversations, and walk beside such a powerful group of souls as they took their first steps into the work.⁣ ⁣ As we move forward into Descent, the journey deepens. The door has been opened. The conversation has begun. And now we continue the work of listening to what has been waiting patiently in the dark.⁣ ⁣ To everyone who joined us:⁣ ⁣ Thank you for your trust.⁣ Thank you for your vulnerability.⁣ Thank you for your willingness to be seen.⁣ ⁣ The shadow has spoken.⁣ ⁣ And you listened. 🌙🐍🍎🖤✨⁣ ⁣ #ShadowWork ⁣ #TheNightMirror ⁣ #LilithianCoaching⁣ #CarlJung ⁣ #TheCrookedPathLA

I’ll be teaching a class @thecrookedpath_la with @eve_morrigan of @morrigans_mixtures !!!⁣ ⁣ This 3 part shadow work course is a guided return to yourself. Designed as a layered process moving from awareness, into depth, and into embodiment. Each class stands alone, but the full series allows the work to unfold as intended. You’ll learn to sit with what arises, understand it, and begin releasing what no longer aligns.⁣ ⁣ 🍎 RECLAMATION — Coming Back to Yourself. Integration and realignment. You’ll strengthen your sense of self, clarify boundaries, and build trust in your voice. Learning to work with your shadow, not against it.⁣ ⁣ This class is grounded, supportive, and accessible. The Crooked Path is happy to present Morrigan’s Mixtures @eve_morrigan at our spring Craft Market! She’ll be available on Sunday April 19, 12-6, offering their unique creations. A little about Morrigan’s Mixtures: ✨Morrigan’s Mixtures - I believe that wellness is sacred. That healing is not a trend. That ritual is not performance. That plants are not products. That magic is not metaphor. Morrigan’s Mixtures was born at the crossroads of old worlds and new, where ancestral wisdom meets modern hands, and devotion becomes daily practice. We craft medicine for the sovereign soul. For those who remember. For those who seek. For those who walk between worlds. We honor the land. We honor the spirits of the plants. We honor the bloodlines of wisdom keepers. We honor the gods who still walk beside us. Each formula is a spell of intention. Each bottle, a vessel of power. Each blend, a conversation between human and herb.We are not here to sell wellness. We are here to restore remembrance. To reclaim ritual. To awaken sovereignty. To make sacred living accessible in a modern world. This is not self-care.This is soul craft. This is Morrigan’s Mixtures.✨ The Craft Market & Psychic Faire is a two-day event featuring 20+ vendors, along with talented readers and healers throughout The Crooked Path at 2020 W. Magnolia Blvd. 🖤 Saturday, Apr 18, 2025 – 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM🖤 Sunday, Apr 19, 2025 – 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Join us for magical finds, handcrafted goods, and incredible services. Free entry. Today, we lost my mom. She’s battled with medical issues for the last couple years but the struggle is over and she’s no longer in pain. My mom was kind, generous, stubborn , and proudly old-school country. She loved deeply, stood her ground, and gave more than she ever took. She made everyone she met feel like her new best friend. Life won’t feel the same without her, but her love is stitched into everything we are. 💔🤍
