Everything we’re building at King of Kings is intentional.

When I started this, it was just me wearing every hat. Now we have a team, and every person on it is here for a reason.

Coach Nate has stepped in and is taking on both lifestyle and bodybuilding clients. Whether you’re chasing the stage or just trying to feel like yourself again, he’s built for both.

Coach Jess is our Women’s Performance Coach. If you’re a woman on the team, she’s writing your plan and training you through a feminine lens, because your body, your cycle, and your goals deserve a coach who understands them.

Kiley is currently out on maternity leave, and we’re celebrating her and her family. She’s already the lead on all things content strategy and truly the brains behind how this business flows. When she returns, she’ll be stepping into an even bigger role.

As CEO, my job is to keep finding ways to make this program better for every client we serve. Better coaching. Better support. Better results.

We’re not growing to get bigger. We’re growing to serve you better.

NOTE: King of Kings will soon be hiring a part time Client Enrollment Coordinator to support our growth. This role will connect with prospective clients, follow up with leads, and help guide new members into the program. If you’re organized, personable, and believe in what we’re building, DM “TEAM” to be considered.

The accountability conversation I’m most proud of isn’t the one where I caught someone about to quit and talked them out of it.

It’s the one where I noticed they’d been submitting check-ins two days later than usual for three weeks in a row and asked about it before they’d even registered it as a pattern themselves.

They hadn’t realized the shift. But when I named it, they immediately knew what had changed. Once it was out, we could work with it.

That’s the version of accountability that changes things. The check-in that surfaces what’s actually going on, not just the one that reports what happened.

Super important to have all of our coaches on the same page . We are so grateful to have the team we have and be put in a position to change lives one goal, one habit, one individual at a time.

This weekend was bigger than the stage.

I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for this journey and for my ND Team coaches who’ve been in my corner through every single step of it. Y’all made it easy to show up for myself, lock in, and do the work. But more than that, you made it safe to be vulnerable. To be honest about the mental side of this game, not just the physical.

And that’s the biggest takeaway I’m bringing home. Everything I’ve learned from this team, I get to pour right back into King of Kings. My clients deserve the same thing you gave me: not just a program, but a space to actually be vulnerable and go through something bigger than just showing up to the gym. Mind, body, and spirit all handled.

I’m proud of the package I brought to that stage. And from here, we only come back better.

Grateful. Locked in. Built different. 👑
