Today is Ishti’s birthday. ❤️

Maybe it’s not the exact day Ishti was born, but this is the day that feels like its real beginning to me.

2020 was paperwork, ideas, confusion and a lot of “let’s see what happens.”

In 2021, I finally started putting Ishti out into the world.

And today in 2021, when I received the official government paperwork and saw everything registered and documented… something just hit me.

Oh. Ishti is really here.

When I started, everyone kept asking me:

“What is Ishti?”
“Why Ishti?”
“What are you even doing?”

And honestly, I didn’t always have the answers.

Because Ishti was never just a business for me.

Ishti was my sacrifice.
My experiment.
My teacher.
And my baby.

And you know what?

You can do some pretty crazy things for your baby. 😂

These five-six years have taught me more than I could have imagined.

Business. Failure. Patience. Money. People. Products. Customers. Rejection. Starting again.

But more than anything, Ishti changed me.

It brought some absolutely wonderful people into my life. People I would probably never have met otherwise.

And somewhere along this journey, Fatsneha happened because of Ishti.

So today, I am not thinking about views, followers, sales or algorithms.

I just wanted to pause and acknowledge this little crazy thing that I started years ago and say…

Thank you.

Thank you to everyone who has bought from Ishti, supported me, worked with me, encouraged me, questioned me, criticised me, shared my work, believed in me, or simply stayed around and watched this journey unfold.

I genuinely don’t have enough words.

Happy Birthday, Ishti. ❤️

Five-six years down.

Still learning.
Still experimenting.
Still making mistakes.
Still figuring shit out.

But still here.

And honestly…

I wouldn’t change a thing.

Here’s to everything Ishti has been, everything it has taught me, and everything that is still waiting to happen.

Happy Birthday, my baby. ❤️

Running 3 businesses while creating content is a full-time job. 😂

Everyone watches the reel.

Nobody sees the founder switching between three completely different brands.

🌿 ISHTI
🐷 Fatssneha
✨ Studio Kachni (coming soon…)

Some days I am a founder.
Some days I am an editor.
Some days I am customer support.
Every day… Instagram wants another reel.

This one is raw, a little shaky and completely real.

If you are building something of your own, you will understand. ❤️

Cinnamon has been used for manifestation for 4000 years.
You’ve just been putting it in chai.

Egyptian priests burned it in temples before anything important happened. Not for the smell. To raise the energy in the room.
Ayurveda prescribed it for the heart. Not just the physical one. The one that carries your intentions.
Chinese medicine used it to move stagnant energy. The kind that builds up when you keep saying tomorrow.
Cinnamon was never just a spice.
It was an activator.
This is why it is in FATSNEHA soap.
Not for the smell.
For the version of you that keeps almost starting.

The most powerful ingredient in your mother’s kitchen that nobody talks about anymore. Not turmeric. Not ginger. Not ashwagandha.

Hing( ASAFOETIDA)

That small brown block sitting forgotten at the back of the spice shelf. The one that smells so strong your eyes water. The one nobody outside India really understands. That one.

Ayurveda called it the great digestive. One pinch and your gut resets. Bloating gone. Heaviness gone. That uncomfortable fullness after a heavy meal, gone.

Persian traders carried it across continents. Roman kitchens used it when nothing else was available. Your grandmother put it in dal without explaining why. She didn’t need to explain. She just knew.

And then there is the part nobody talks about anymore.
Hing was kept in Indian homes not just for cooking. For protection. For absorbing the heaviness that walks in with you. The anxiety. The negative energy. The weight you carry that has nothing to do with your body.
Your skin absorbs everything around it.
Hing was always the answer to that.

This is why asafoetida is in FATSNEHA soap.
Not just for your skin.
For everything your skin has been quietly carrying.

Every ancient culture feared garlic.
Not because of the smell.
Because of what it actually does.

Greeks placed it at crossroads to ward off evil. Egyptians fed it to their strongest workers. In India it sat at doorways — not for cooking. For protection.

Every culture. Every continent. Same herb. Same conclusion.

Garlic doesn’t shrink. It doesn’t ask for permission. It shows up and makes its presence felt whether the room is ready or not.

Physically, it is one of the most powerful antibacterial anti-inflammatory ingredients on the planet. Your body knows this. Ancient people knew this before science confirmed it.

Spiritually, it absorbs negative energy. The stare that makes you hesitate. The comment that lives in your head on the way to the gym. The fear of being seen before you feel ready.

This is exactly why garlic is in FATSNEHA soap.

Not for the smell.
For the energy it carries.
For the presence it gives you.

There is one ingredient in this soap specifically for gym anxiety. Two actually.

Garlic and Asafoetida(HING)
Most people avoid them because of the smell.
That’s exactly why they are in here.

They don’t shrink. They don’t ask for permission. They show up and make their presence felt whether anyone is ready or not.

That’s the energy this soap was built around.

For the walk into the gym when everyone looks up.
For the moment you almost turned around at the door.
For the version of you that’s still learning that your presence is not an inconvenience.

You don’t need to be smaller to deserve that space.
You need to be unbothered enough to take it.

No artificial fragrance. No toxic promises. No diet culture.
Just herbs that were chosen with intention — for a body that was never the problem.

This soap will not make you thin.
That was never the goal.

FATSNEHA™️ soap was made with one intention, to make you healthy enough to show up. For the workout. For the meal. For yourself.

Lemon for your energy. Cinnamon for your intention. Ajwain for your gut. Garlic for the fear that tells you not to start.

These herbs don’t care about your size. They care about your strength.

We are done selling smaller to bodies that were never the problem.

Strong over thin. Always.

Some things your grandmother knew before science confirmed it.
Lemon for energy protection. Orange peel for your skin and gut. Cinnamon because manifestation needs a carrier. Ajwain to balance what your body holds. Garlic and hing for the fear that stops you from showing up.

This isn’t a wellness trend.

This is memory. This is ritual. This is soap that was built with intention — for a body that deserves to be healthy, not just thin.
