It is FRIGHTENING to take on this much overhead. It’s a huge risk, and I truly rolled the dice on OutWest because there is absolutely zero guarantee that a dream will pay off. You can have an idea. You can have hope. You can have faith. But at some point, you have to take that leap into the unknown abyss and trust that something good is waiting on the other side (if you work your behind off). The first eight days of October have absolutely BLOWN MY MIND! We are already doubling my original first-quarter revenue goal, and that is only possible because of YOU. Thank you to every photographer, entrepreneur, business owner, and creative who has booked OutWest, purchased a membership, shared a post, told a friend, or simply cheered us on. And to those of you who reserved a membership before we even opened our doors, I hope you know how much that meant to me. You took a chance on a vision before you could even experience the finished space. That kind of support is something I will never take for granted. Tagging you because I’m forever grateful to be partnered with these amazing photographers and businesses! What excites me most is that the better OutWest does, the better this space gets FOR YOU! Every booking allows me to continue investing in beautiful furniture, unique props, new sets, and creative possibilities that help YOU grow your own businesses. My vision for OutWest has always been bigger than renting out a photography studio. I want to create a place where entrepreneurs can build their brands, photographers can grow thriving businesses, and creative people have access to a space that inspires them to do their best work. I’ve always believed that building a business that helps other businesses succeed is one of the most rewarding things you can do. Thank you for helping turn a really big, really scary dream into something real. I appreciate every single one of you! 🙏🏼 WE ARE HERE TO MAKE THEM REMEMBER YOU!

behind the scene vs. the moment 🩷 Behind every beautiful experience at The Femme Foundry is a whole lot of heart, intention, and women who genuinely love making other women feel special. Because to us, it’s never been just about the makeup, the photos, or the finished look. It’s about how you feel while you’re here. The confidence you leave with. The memories you make. The feeling of being seen, celebrated, and reminded of just how beautiful you already are. The moment may last a few seconds on camera, but the feeling is what we hope stays with you. ✨ #femmefoundryboise #boisewomenbusiness #boisecolorlab #stinaface

Hi, I’m Hannah, mama of 3 and the photographer behind Flamingo + Palm 📸 I’ve been photographing families for 20 years, but maternity and newborn sessions are where my heart lives — there’s nothing like capturing those first tiny toes and squishy cheeks before they change overnight (and trust me, as a mom of three, I know how fast it happens!). I’m married to my high school sweetheart of 21 years. I’m from Minnesota and still have a few words with an accent, so you might notice those. Boise has been home for a long time. Motherhood was a journey through infertility. Adoption and IVF made my dream of being a Mom and I’m so grateful. I spend a great deal of time volunteering at the school and on the PTO board. It makes me happy to help our school where I can. Some of my favorite things to do are chasing sunshine with my kids, swimming, having friends over since we’re always up for a bbq or hiking with our dogs. @flamingo.palm @hannahjcurtis

⚠️Trigger Warning👼🏽Pregnancy+Infancy Loss This Pregnancy+Infancy Loss Remembrance Day, I honor my angel babies... We never imaged we would experience the grief of miscarriage. Each loss took a part of me as my greatest wish of motherhood seemed as though it wasn’t meant to be. •tests, hopes, prayers •good news to "I'm so sorry" •cycle repeats •years pass •fertility treatments •hope, then more grief •ectopic •failed IVF •3 more👼🏽👼🏽👼🏽 •adopt daughter •adopt son •IVF, fear, worry... •our son As a reflect on our path I know it was meant for me. I have a greater appreciation for motherhood as it took a lot of hope, grief, help and prayer to create this beautiful family I have and I am eternally grateful for the love, support and journey to motherhood. If you are in the thick of it now just know... Grieve each loss, lean on others and be grateful for the support. Your day will come. 💛with love, Hannah @flamingo.palm
