Hey everyone! 🥹🧡🐉 Here is my @flowfestphilly recap video of my “Into the Matrix” intermediate/advanced dragon staff workshop I taught on October 4, 2026! We learned the three entryways into the matrix
(I got nervous doing my front view shoulder trap entryway so forgive the slop from that one. I was nervous to post because of it lol). With this move and any move I feel has to be continuously drilled. Even with the amount of times I’ve done the matrix, I still have some slops every now and then or my staff wasn’t centered properly to have them come out cleaner. But I’ve loved learning this move and now to be able to pass it along has been awesome

1. Cheating Death entryway - foundation move: The Cheating Death
2. Shoulder Trap entryway - foundation move: Shoulder Traps
3. Palm Spin/Propeller entryway - foundation move: Palm Spins and Propellers

I had the incredible honor of teaching two dragon staff workshops at Flow Fest Philly! It was a rainy day but we made it work out and there were so many beautiful dragons that came out 🐉🥹 this was also my FIRST Flow Arts Festival to teach! What an incredible milestone to show how much I’ve grown on my journey. There’s still so much to learn and evolve but I am blessed for this path.

Thank you @ridge_mountain for this video! ❤️‍🔥

*ALSO if anyone needs help on hearing what I said, ask in the comments! I lost my voice over that weekend working Submersion b2b Flow Fest Philly so forgive me for my scratchy voice*

2026 has been one for the books 🥹 I didn’t think I’d have energy to spin fire after being on site for 12 hours at this point but boy was it all worth it? YES so much yes. I still can’t believe we made @flowfestphilly happen 🥹 truly still feels like an out of body experience like wait I did that? Never did I ever think I’d be a festival organizer but here we are 🙈🙈 what a joy and privilege it is to live this life we’ve created 🔥 and there is nothing like spinning fire with your friends 🤍 running into @controlled_kayoss was such a treat and sharing this circle moment with @autumnmovement.art and @danitheejester was a treasure 😘 thanks for hosting the fire circle @minimal_chaos_

After a magical weekend at @flowfestphilly I feel compelled to share an act that has meant so much to me. I will perform this act time and time again, as I continue to evolve, the act will evolve with me. This act is about coming out of a dark place, and finding hope and even joy .. all from a plastic circle ⭕️ I first performed this act at @flowstormtx and I am forever thankful for y’all giving me a chance 🤍 I had felt looked over in for years, applied time and time again to flow festivals- it honestly started to feel like a popularity contest and very cliquey. I was big sad as I had/have so much inside me I wanted to share. But I refused to give up and kept applying year after year.
Fast forward to this past weekend where I emceed the instructor showcase at a festival that I freaking made happen (like what???) and shared a bit of the soul that is Feeling Hoopful. I felt.. scared honestly, really vulnerable. After the show, I even almost regretted I sharing it with so many “strangers” in the room bc I was scared (anxiety is a bitch). But what came after, validated my beliefs that we humans need to share - we need to talk, and we are not alone even if our brains try to make us think so. At the fire circle, I was approached by so many beautiful souls that wanted to talk to me about my story - or thank me for sharing that vulnerable story. Since Sunday , so many people have DMd me and reached out to me that my story resonated with them, or how they’re inspired to create their own community now, or they had a similar experience of finding peace within once they found flow arts. So here’s part of my favorite act I’ve ever created. And thank you PhillyFest @phillyjugglers for having me on this one. Thank you to this community for accepting me as I am.

⭕️ @astralhoops thank you for choosing me 🤍

Survived a full day of teaching, a full day of rain, and still had enough grip strength left to hang off some chains with @f.ae_f.atale at @flowfestphilly ⛓️🧡

Massive thanks to @flowfestphilly, @tanookitwirls, @minimal_chaos_, and @flowfests for throwing an incredible festival. The rain tried it. The flow artists did not care and they all SHOWED UP! 🌧️💃

And to everyone who PACKED our aerial chains workshops: thank you! Fae and I had a blast, and we’re sorry about your bruises you have from this😅.

🎪 Need someone to dangle dramatically at your event? That’s literally our job.
Hire @f.ae_f.atale and me at @cirqueer_productions for performances, workshops, and general airborne chaos. We bring our own 20 ft Ludwig rig that adjusts to any height, so all you need is the space (and maybe a fog machine, we’re not picky).

DM us!
