still one of my fav dance class to date
I was so high on endorphins with my head buzzing from the choreo we had to learn, that I felt as if I was drunk after class
and I was actually so tired during this final run that I didn’t care I was being filmed. I just wanted to make it through to the end asap

24seconds to sum up my 2024 💖

As we close out the year, I take a moment to reflect on my journey of growth and self-improvement 😌💌. I'm grateful for all the things i've learnt, the challenges faced, the opportunities, kindness, love, support that I have received throughout the year. 🥺💗🧲 Each experience has helped me cultivate mindfulness, resilience, and a deeper connection & understanding to myself and im forever grateful for what happened this year. 🎁 Here’s to embracing all that 2024 has to offer, carrying forward this spirit of gratitude and continued growth. 🥰

Morning restorative 💗

we try to practice stillness to bring peace to our body & mind 🧘🏻‍♀️🥰💗 starting off the morning with restorative 🌞🌻 checking in our energy in the morning is as important as having a good sleep 💤 make good use of your day 😇 always rmb resting & relaxing is also a good use 🥰🫶🏻
