FMFC TRANSFORM 2026 with my partner in crime, supermama @life_of_meikan, and our awesome Group 11! Such an amazing bunch of legendary parents!🥳🥰💪🏻

Just two mamas, both with 4 children, on our own journeys with our own stories happening behind the scenes. ❤️

Megs took on her first Transform just 3 months postpartum after welcoming her gorgeous baby boy Abel, her 4th child! 😍🥳 I’m so freaken proud of you, girl! ❤️

For me, this was my second Transform, starting with a torn rotator cuff the first 6 weeks, and then had surgery in Week 6 and recovery for the remaining of transform, having to completely change my training while recovering. It was frustrating and definitely tested me, but giving up was never an option. If you know me, you know I’m stubborn as hell when it comes to my mindset and my goals-If there’s a will, there’s always a way! 😅💪🏻

There were so many curve-balls through the journey, my schedule was so hectic right up until show time, with some unexpected circumstances happening and could of easily given up.

Start weight:74kg
Goal weight (post surgery): 67kg.
End of week 12 weight: 64.5kg in 12 weeks 🥳

But the biggest lesson wasn’t the number on the scale.

It was learning that life, injuries, busy schedules and setbacks don’t have to stop you from reaching your goals. Sometimes you just have to adapt, slow down, find another way and keep moving forward.
No shortcuts, no injections— just consistency, discipline, meal prep, training, walking and a whole lot of mindset. ❤️‍🔥
So proud of us for pushing through the storms and, most importantly, not giving up.

We didn’t give up. We found a way. ❤️‍🔥💪🏻

So grateful to be beside you my uso Megs and watch you shine and glow on that stage cause giiiiiirrrrlll, what baby??😍🙌🥰 You freaken did THAT!!🥳😭🙌🔥

So let’s go fams, start at your own pace and learn to get comfortable with the uncomfortable, everything in life is hard so choose your hard wisely.🥰

What a journey, and we are just getting started! 12 months ago we were right in the thick of trying to save ourselves, our marriage, our family, our mental health, our physical health, and our businesses. God knows how we have really had to dig deep and put aside our differences to go to the next level as a team. We are so grateful for His grace that holds us together! We are still becoming and evolving and you best bet we will be back on stage in 2027!
Thank you to our coach @siaosituatao who we love and adore! Thank you @fitcomm_fitmumz and @brooketuatao for the inspiration and example you set!!

When @brooketuatao & @siaosituatao spoke about the journey’s behind the scenes that each individual goes through I had to walk away backstage to stop myself from ruining my makeup w tears 😂 - cos I felt that 10 x more with this years transform.

Coming back for round 2 this year, I knew it wasn’t going to be easy. But I didn’t think it would rock me as hard as it did 😅 but as the journey came about it was no longer about weight loss it was about everything you couldn’t see.

The tiredness, the heavy days, the multiple days I questioned myself, the days I was failing, the days where I didn’t feel strong enough to keep going - but this was all throughout the journey and it felt never ending.

But I showed up anyway. Constantly fighting myself to stay in it and see the end.

And although I couldn’t see this in the midst of it all, I can now see how much I changed. Not physically - but mentally.

The strength I had to carry on, to turn up to consults, classes & rehearsals with a smile..even though every other day, I felt like my world was falling apart 😭

So if your TF26 szn looked similar to mine - I see you & I feel you and I congratulate you for making it to the end and doing the damn thing anyway ❤️‍🩹

& if you’re thinking of doing TF27 and worried about going through the same thing? Do it anyway.

Do it tired
Do it scared
Do it overwhelmed
Do it when you’re doubting yourself
Do it when you don’t feel ready

If I could do it. So can you.

Transform 26 - it’s a wrap ❤️‍🩹

Out of all my many journeys 😅, the past 18 months were hands down the hardest and most challenging. Just sharing that alone gets me emotional 🥹.

As many of you know, I started my journey @fmfcjourneys with @fitcomm_fitmumz in 2019, took part in Transform in 2020, 2021, 2024, and 2025, and even stepped on stage for two bodybuilding competitions in 2022 and 2023. So, this world is definitely not new to me.

The last year and a half has been so tough, especially going from being very fit and hitting a peak in my journey, to dealing with an Achilles injury, falling pregnant in 2024 and then returning to the gym 30+ heavier .

The 6th video in this post is of me back at the gym just 4 weeks postpartum last year. My mind was ready to go, but my body was 30+ kgs heavier and simply couldn't keep up with how hard I wanted to push. I remember feeling so defeated, BUT I kept telling myself to just keep showing up. I wasn't happy with my end result at Transform last year, but I had to remind myself to give grace to a body that had just welcomed a baby six months prior. Every body is different, and I needed patience.

Fast forward to Transform 2026 🥹. No one knows how many times I wanted to give up last year, feeling so heavy and frustrated that I couldn't do the movements I used to pre-baby.

Now, I'm sitting at 88.1kgs. My goal for this Transform was 85kgs, but more importantly, it was to get back to feeling good and moving better in the gym. I can 💯 say I've achieved that, and I couldn't have done it without my coach and our gym providing this incredible platform. 🤍

This was taken in 2023, my first ever 8week challenge I did at the time. I was at my biggest 82kg. I didn’t know I was unhealthy until I stepped foot into @fitcomm_fitmumz ✨ When I first started I felt out of place and so big, But once I started going a lot I noticed changes in body and the verge to learn movements and learn about nutrition along the way 🥹

Fast forward 3 Years on I’ve done 3 Transforms I’ve done 2 8 week challenges. I’ve done about 7 crossfit comps 3 of being Nz Nationals and 2 Individual comps✨ and I’m at my lightest I’ve ever been✨ It wasn’t easy, it took a lot of learnings from @siaosituatao it took a lot of patience and lots of training/Walking and running🥹🧱

If you’re on the verge to make changes make it now, Do it scared do it alone✨ I know it’s hard but trust me when you find the right people and Gym you won’t have to look far for motivation because it’s right in front of you💕

My Gym has held me accountable for years and each year I’ve learnt so much and there’s still so much I can learn but to do that I’ve got to show up even when I’m tired✨ This journey has definitely had its lows and its highs, But i never gave up on myself. ✨

Grateful for my gym and my Family💕🫂
