REFLECT RESET RISE

Definitely something special about this year ✨

Some of the toughest times we’ve experienced over this 12-20 weeks but by Gods grace He helped us continue to walk ❤️

To all our friends and family, we THANK YOU for loving each and every one of these people and continuing to support them through their journeys.

The road continues … we keep growing, we keep learning, we keep getting stronger. See you in 2027 🙌🏽

Doing these things would be dumb without others ✨ Love that we get to do it all together 😍

Every season of Transform brings more special
people closer into our world and I’m so grateful for that 🥹

Moments we share together will last forever ❤️

“And he said to them, “As you go into all the world, preach openly the wonderful news of the gospel to the entire human race!” Mark‬ ‭16‬:‭15‬ ‭

Jesus is King — all glory and honour & majesty belongs to Him. None of this would be here without His hand, His provision & His grace. We obeyed the call & He provided the way.

Truly couldn’t ask for better people to walk out this life we are called to live. Team Tuatao forever 💛 taken in Life NZ Central Auditorium by @brooketuatao

This stage and this bikini is my accountability each winter 😂

No coach, no measures, no progress photos!

I try slightly different things each year because that’s how I learn and I LOVED the outcome and how I felt. I already know things I want to do for next year 🤭😂 I get so excited to test and learn what my body responds to while still remaining fit functional and healthy!

The thing I love most about TF is that it’s our journey and each of us have different goals … no comparison, no competition, no perfect body!! We do this for us ✨

If you’re not having fun throughout this process, I really wouldn’t want to do it 🤍

Definitely tough days but nothing cool is easy … nothing great comes quick. Nothing worth having is cheap!!

Grateful to have this space to continually keep me on my toes, challenged and ready!!

So proud of us 💪🏽😍 #Transform #Bodybuilding2026 by @brooketuatao

Very last FPWO for TRANSFORM 26 😭🩷💫 so excited yet so sad transform is coming to a close 🥹 it’s genuinely flown by so fast.

Pink Friday lives on tho 😂 loved training this morning (especially with the fresh peak week energy it brings lol) — best morning with my favourite people x taken in Mount Smart by @brooketuatao

TRANSFORM BODYBUILDING Team 2026 ✨

19 weeks ago we set out on a journey together … a journey that has been challenging yet rewarding in all types of ways 🥹❤️

This Transform bodybuilding stage isn’t just about achieving a desired body, but also often about overcoming fears doubts & insecurities while taking our mental game to another level.

Everyone has a journey and every journey is worth the climb 📈

Just missing Beau who couldn’t make it today ❤️
