I posted this on my FM members page last night ... ✨It ain't gonna be easy ... we must climb, we must fight, we must persevere!! Whatever it is that you are struggling with, you will make it, you will get through, you will succeed ... just never stop trying!! Have you set your weekly goals? What is it that you want to get out of this week?
And don't even write down 'stick to my nutrition plan' 🙈😂 you will probably fail on the first day, no offence 😂!! Just WRITE down 2-3 things to FOCUS on this week ... examples could be: 👉🏼 get up half an hour earlier each morning to get set for the day 👉🏼 drink 1.5 + Litres water 👉🏼 eat both afternoon snacks 👉🏼 no junky takeaways 👉🏼 3 trainings this week 👉🏼 train for fitness/strength/health NOT for weightloss 👉🏼 speak positive words to yourself 👉🏼 message a friend that has been on your mind 👉🏼 train with purpose at each session
The list is endless ... write down a few things then put it up somewhere or in your journal and tick it off at the end of the week!! ✨Remember you must take small steps each day to reach your goals ... you won't just magically end up at the top of the mountain 🤔

Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes.Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.

You are definitely a woman of a gentle quiet spirit, a woman worthy of praise and a woman who is a great worth in God's sight. Happy birthday Brooke thank you for all you have done for me and my family and me personally in my life of becoming a healthier and better mama and wife truly appreciate you and love you 💕
May you continue to be blessed and showered in God's love and goodness xxxxx

#repost "Strength doesn't come from what you can do, it comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't do" So proud of our girls for trying things they've never done before 🙌🏼😍 oh and it didn't take us 5 hundred million pics and 20 different photographers to get this shot either #justsaying 🤷🏽‍♀️😝😂@michellepahulu @benitaflorence @kirstensudbury

There is no growth in the comfort zone and no comfort in the growth zone #getuncomfortable Please don't ever expect it to be easy!! Even if you love training like I do ... it still gets tough, there will still be days you don't wanna train ... but you must!! Dont let loss of motivation stop you from doing what you know you should be doing! Be consistent... persevere and don't operate on emotions (how you feel) just bloody get up and get it done!!! 📷 @greg.rudman #postworkout
