Get to Know the Artists – Garden Opening June 22
Workshop Tables

Gauze Collective (@gauzecollective) – she/her
Gauze Collective is a women-led co-creation platform where art becomes a tool for resistance and transformation. Through shared practices, they reclaim bodies, build connections, and challenge patriarchy, capitalism, and individualism. Rooted in subculture, their work blends curation, textile art, mediation, and design to create workshops, performative dinners, and exhibitions focused on collective care.

For the garden opening they present Le fil qui relie — gestes de soin / gestures of care
A collective slowstitching ritual inviting participants to stitch, mend, and embroider a shared textile. Centered on repair, presence, and embodied reflection.

Belapapera (@belapapera) – she/her
Belapapera is a queer, feminist visual artist, tattooer, illustrator, and designer based in Brussels. Her work blends a naïve, childlike style with ironic detail and visual exaggeration, exploring identity, transformation, and social absurdity. Deeply rooted in activist, queer, and DIY cultures, her practice spans from independent fashion to cultural collectives.

For the garden opening she presents @mal.dessiner
An experimental drawing project that rethinks art-making by breaking down ideas of good/bad or skilled/unskilled. Rooted in her own practice and teaching experience, it offers playful, process-led workshops to unlearn artistic expectations and embrace spontaneity, error, and expression.

Collectief Boekdelen (@collectief.boekdelen aka @andersherrebaut – die/hun, @jonasbaekelandt – hij/hem, @arthur.deebee – hij/hem)
A new Ghent-based collective brought together by a shared love of writing. Anders studied performance at KASK, Arthur and Jonas illustration.

For the garden opening they present Huisstof
A performative exploration of home—physical, emotional, and collective—through original text and poetry. In an intimate salon setting, audience and performers blur, inviting shared reflection and conversation on what it means to feel at home.

More to be announced!
