Our KPC Monthly Mock Interviews are here! This is typically something we do for our state titleholders preparing for nationals, but have realized the benefits are huge and need to be offered to our state and local clients as well! 🎀

So starting in just a couple weeks, our monthly mocks kickoff 💥

✨ Monday, November 9th, 7-9pm
✨ perfect for any system or age (over age 12), open to clients and ladies new to the KPC sisterhood
✨ Zoom Mock with KPC coaches and judges who are industry professionals, titleholders and former clients
✨ Sign up for your time slot, fill out a brief questionnaire, you will receive verbal and emailed feedback following your interview

Movement with a mission 💛🎗️✨Such a special afternoon teaching Pilates for an incredible group of endo warriors for @iamendometriosis at Endo in Motion! I was so honored to teach the strongest women out there🥹🫶🏻🌼

We moved, connected, learned, and raised nearly $2,000 for endometriosis research! 🥹 This cause is so close to my heart, and getting to bring people together through Pilates made it even more meaningful 🌼

So grateful to @iamendometriosis and @endoafterexcision for making this beautiful day happen. Here’s to more awareness, more research, and finding a cure soon! 💛

A huge thank you to @endoafterexcision and @savannahregensburger @iamendometriosis for planning and hosting a moving day of endometriosis community, movement (Pilates led by the talented @ellatitus !) and information.

Our founder, Kelsey, was honored to be a part of the panel discussing the multidisciplinary importance of endometriosis management and treatment. This rockstar line up included @pelvichealthgirl of @solsticephysio , @winnie_chan_acupuncture, @savannahregensburger founder of @iamendometriosis , @endoafterexcision , @morenamidwife , and @ginacarloto of @endocarefund .

At ESSE Care, we believe women deserve expert, compassionate, and specialized care at every stage of life. Endometriosis remains underdiagnosed, under-researched, and underfunded, leaving too many women navigating chronic pain without answers or access to advanced surgical treatment.

Move With Purpose was created to bring women together through movement, conversation, and community — while directly supporting access to life-changing surgical care through the @endocarefund.

This summer, we gathered in a beautiful private garden in the Wilton, CT area for an afternoon centered around wellness, connection, and women’s health. The experience began with a Pure Barre class, followed by an intimate garden party featuring food, community connection, wellness partners, and an inspiring panel discussion with endometriosis experts and survivors.

Together, we raised awareness, fostered community, and helped more women receive the care they deserve.

Highlighting several oblique-focused exercises from the past couple of weeks, as done by my *incredible* clients (who often look at me skeptically when I demonstrate a new exercise and then perform it beautifully!). Recognizing differences in right vs left in my own practice has inspired a variety of exercises designed to strengthen obliques in multiple ways - and keep this amazing group working hard! #pilatesreformer #pilatesinstructor #pilatesforeverybody

This reel is a combination of those “fancy” moves that people consider post-worthy and the not so flashy exercises that form the basis for the more advanced series. What I appreciate most about Pilates is how small, subtle exercises that are accessible to everyone contribute to functional movement. I am most excited when clients feel new connections in the simpler exercises.
