POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

No goodbye, just Thank you!

From injury to MVP
From not good enough to All-American
From sidelines to being the leader.
I always let my spikes do the talking.
This wasn’t just a track story comeback — this was closure!

Thank you to god, my teammates, coaches, supporters, friends, UD staff, and the younger me that never stopped dreaming. I remember a year ago wondering what was next, if I had unfinished business, or if I could still do it without many important people. I bet on myself and made one of the best decisions of my life. Above the 2 MVPs, 9 medals, All-American honors & records I achieved is my experiences with you all. I enjoyed every second of being around this UD team, training, playing aux songs, joking, and watching everyone improve.

I don’t do track for just marks or times, I do it for love & joy I have around great people. Track is hard and the pain is rough but all the blood, sweat,& tears were worth it. I spent endless nights trying to improve, help teammates, and become a better person. My competitive drive & respect for everyone that has did this sport is unmatched. I was once known just as “the average athlete guy happy to be on the team”, but kept dreaming for much more.

To every one reading this please do not ever give up on your dreams. To all my teammates I have had over my journey I truly appreciate yo presence in my life & tear up 24/7 about our memories. I learned so much from all of you that you do not realize. So many of you motivated me to get better every year. To people I trained with I have special place in my heart for the lifelong bond and happiness you have gave me. Our track days may be over but I will have your back and support you for life.

To all my competitors & peers you trutly brought the best out of me. My path was tuff, but I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. This may be the end of my collegiate career, but these memories will last forever. A new journey begins.

Thank you again UDTFXC💙🤍. You changed my life!

“Hard work isn’t enough. You got to believe” - Derrick rose

What a season! Still feels surreal reflecting. Man I dealt with a lot this yr. Tough injuries, constant ice baths, crying if TFXC was still for me, fam problems & doubting if I belonged. But I knew God had a plan for me. Fast forward, and I'm an All Conference High Jumper, ARC 4x400m champ and NCAA 2x All- American.

I took nothing for granted & proud to say I left my blood, sweat, & tears on the track. Everyone I shared this journey with is forever in my ❤️ 💙. I thank all that supported me & appreciate all of you. I don't know what's next for me (or to keep the spikes put up for good), but I had a whole lot of fun this year & with this team @UDTFXC.

Track is HARD, but the experience is worth it!
