Thanks for gifting this skipping rope @hereropejump to me.
My arms are now burning 🔥 😅 with this 1/2 lb rope
Never tried such a rope before. It’s a great way to workout

Moody for life ✨

Was so sad to miss out on seeing @selfesteemselfesteem a few weeks back because I was sick but I have the BEST friend who supplied me with the coolest merch to soften the blow 😘

Finally tok my "storm" HEREROPE for a ride, and so far, so good! I like how it's heavy enough to help with building muscle but light enough to still play with 🤩. A side from the eye-catching color, what I noticed quickly, was the great grip. This was at the end of a workout, so with sweaty palms, the non-slip handles came in handy 👌🏾. Super exited to see how this rope will hold up once I use it more

Happy Mother’s Day to all the jumping Mamas out there!
My favourite gift was the full hour of time outside alone skipping 😁

Decided to throw the heavy rope around for a bit. This is the @hereropejump 7mm Storm rope (gifted).

Had this song stuck in my head all day. Figured if I'm already thinking about a cowboy song then I should probably do some texan turns...
Rope - 1lb weighted by @hereropejump
Shout out to @hereropeiris for hooking me up with this one!

Also me: A few DU’s won’t hurt 😜

Felt SO good to pick up a rope today after a ridiculously long time to recover from getting my wisdom teeth ripped out. Listened to my body and took it slow with some no-jump flow.

(Excuse my hamster cheeks 🐹)
