🤩 Join us on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at CBM Atlanta from 6:00-8:00PM to enjoy performances from @theblackgoldband and students, while also hearing about mental health projects created by PEACE Change Maker grantees. There will also be a silent auction and giveaways!

👥 This fundraiser helps us raise funds to support mental health for Asian American and Pacific Islander youth and young adults, aged 26 and under.

Sometimes the sign you need finds you in the most unexpected place. ❤️

For Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, my kids and I left uplifting notes and heart rocks throughout the Denver airport—little reminders for strangers that they matter and they’re on the right track.

It was such a simple, meaningful thing to do together. Inspired by @theheartrockguy , @wildly.kind and @hey_gracelee —and hoping this inspires others to spread love whenever they can.

The World Cup is over and I am not ready to let it go.

I watched @southdowntownatl , @centennialyards , the @underground_atlanta , and the entire city come alive in a way I have never seen before. Atlanta welcomed the world and the world showed up. The @fwc26atlanta Fanfest , @decaturwatchfest26 , @madreselvaatl, @thebrewhousecafe, @thebrewhousecafesodo, @broadstreetbbqatl the marches, the bars packed with strangers from every corner of the globe dancing together after a goal.

People who had never met sharing the most electric moments of their lives in the same space. Every neighborhood, every venue, every pocket of this city had something going on and all of it felt connected. That is what Atlanta did this summer.

And I had my hands in all of it in ways I could have never scripted.

A year of campaigns with @discoveratlanta , building strategies and running media to help bring people here. Introductions and partnerships. Filming a TV show. Working alongside @soccerstreets . Photographing Fan Fest, marches, fan experiences, and seven World Cup matches from the pitch. Watching every piece of work I had poured into this tournament finally breathe and move and live in the real world.

This city does not get enough credit for what it pulls off. Atlanta has a habit of quietly becoming the center of the universe and then letting the moment speak for itself. That is exactly what happened this summer.

I am sad it is over. But I am so grateful I got to be this close to all of it. From the first campaign brief to the last whistle, this summer will be a core memory I carry for the rest of my life.

Next up. Super Bowl. NCAA. Maybe the Women's World Cup in Brazil. The 2028 Olympics. The 2030 World Cup in Spain, Portugal and Morocco. The journey is not over.

It is just getting started.

Hosted by @oikos_counseling in collaboration with @asianstudentalliance, @aapi_peace and @kimjang.atl, local Korean Americans gathered on 6/25, the anniversary of the start of the Korean War, to eat Budae Jjigae (부대찌개) together. Dr. An from Kennessaw State University guided a powerful discussion on Korean history and the generational impacts of colonialism.

This was truly a sacred experience. We co-constructed a historical timeline and Dr. An provided extensive context and insights about Korea’s history that moved us all deeply. Tears and rage were experienced in community. We will never forget the history of occupation, colonization, and displacement of our people, including the extended impacts it has on us today. Thank you to everyone for creating an unforgettable space 🇰🇷❤️

“My inner child THRIVED during Kimjang. I’m so happy to be in community with other Asian American changemakers 🥰”

It was truly such an honor to host these powerful changemakers at our last Kimjang. I’m in awe of the tireless work they do to promote the protection, dignity, and wholeness of our communities. Watching them melt into the safety of each other’s presence as we shared stories, and giggle + dance in delight while making kimchi, made my heart soar. 🥬❤️

Last Friday, I had the privilege of co-presenting the Citizen's Award of Honor at the @atlfirerescuefoundation Breakfast with Our Bravest alongside fellow Vice Chair @hey_gracelee

This year's recipient, Sandra Robinson, exemplified what community partnership looks like in practice. Through her generosity, she helped create a beautiful, intentional space where the women of Atlanta Fire Rescue could be celebrated and uplifted. That kind of support goes beyond logistics. It shapes experiences and strengthens the bond between a department and the city it serves.

Proud to serve on the AFRF Young Professionals Advisory Council and to play a small role in honoring the people who keep Atlanta safe every day.

Truly such a beautiful and healing experience being surrounded by this Asian community. Learning how to make kimchi through Daun’s family recipe while also having open conversations about generational trauma, healing, identity, and vulnerability with complete strangers felt incredibly powerful.

There was something so special about sharing stories, culture, and food together at the same table. I’m deeply honored and grateful to have experienced this sense of connection and community. ❤️

This past Saturday, the Young Professionals Advisory Council (YPAC) of the @atlfirerescuefoundation came together for something truly special: our Pickleball & Feed a Firefighter Volunteer Event!

Early Saturday morning, our incredible volunteers assembled care packages for Atlanta's firefighters, filling bags with t-shirts, LUSH products, snacks, and handwritten notes to show our appreciation for the brave men and women who protect our city every day.

Then we headed to the courts at @dilldinkerswestend Pickleball for some friendly competition and good vibes!

Events like this are a reminder of why community service matters, and why it's even better when you do it alongside good people.

Thank you to every volunteer who showed up and gave their time and energy. Atlanta's firefighters are lucky to have this community behind them.

Last weekend, I had the opportunity to serve with the @atlfirerescuefoundation Young Professionals Advisory Council team promoting the Bravest of the Brave Obstacle Course during the Publix Atlanta Marathon bib pickup.

It was great connecting with runners and members of the community while sharing more about the event, which gives participants the chance to test their physical endurance through challenges inspired by the physical ability tests used by the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department.

Always grateful to support the firefighters who serve our city and help bring more people into the mission.
