When your grandbaby comes to town and her only request was “woga with my gwanny at her woga studio”, the most incredible best friend on the planet delivers. @hbmyoga put together an amazing yoga class with so many friends! We found movement and breath and dancing and stillness. I am so rich in ways that money just can’t buy. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 🎃❤️✨

It feels a little brave to teach and honor such a traditional practice when there are so many new and amazing ways to move our bodies.
But Ashtanga has my heart. The breath, the repetition, the things we discover when we return to the same practice again and again.
And to the beautiful humans who show up to move and breathe and trust me to guide you-thank you. Sharing this practice with you means more than you know. 🤍

Every practice is truly such a privilege 🤍

To hold space for others, to move together and to share something that has brought so much meaning into my own life is something I’ll never take for granted.

A full room & an even fuller heart ✨🧘🏼‍♀️

One day I’ll remember to take a picture with everyone in it 😂🫶🏼

✨Magical Ashtanga Mornings at HYD North. To be joined by such incredible people and have the privilege of guiding them through a practice where I can see growth every single time they return to their mat. Sometimes that growth looks like a deeper pose, and sometimes that growth looks like the ability to find stillness and steady breath. I’m so honored and I’m not worthy. ✨

🌊 Sound Waves for a Cause 🌊

I am so excited to be bringing together three things near & dear to my heart:
🎶 Sound healing
🧘🏻‍♀️ @hotyogadeland
🏄🏻‍♀️ @herresilientsea

On November 21st I’ll be facilitating a 2-hour workshop anchoring participants into gratitude (just in time for Thanksgiving!), with all proceeds going toward Her Resilient Sea.

Her Resilient Sea is a nonprofit I am on the board of that supports women veterans in reconnecting to themselves, community, & nature through surf therapy, community building, & creative expression!

I am so passionate about helping women embody their authentic selves, so Her Resilient Sea & Hot Yoga Deland are both communities I am honored to be a part of, & excited to share about!

In the workshop we’ll anchor into gratitude through reflective journaling & meditation, & then let all those amazing vibrations sink into our bodies through an hour-long sound journey at the end.

Spaces are limited, so be sure to grab yours ahead of time by clicking the link in my bio, scrolling to November 21st on the calendar, & registering for Sound Waves for a Cause!

See you there 🌊
