Just a small collection of our favorite lodges in New Zealand. 🤍

What makes lodge stays here so special is the culture and the people. With just a handful of suites, evenings start with drinks by the fire, dinners feel like a gathering among friends, and by day two, the team knows exactly how you like your coffee. It feels less like checking into a hotel and more like being welcomed into a beautiful home. This is true friendly hospitality at its core.

What a trip of a lifetime!

Hello from the beautiful Huka Lodge in Taupō, New Zealand 🤍

I’ve been booking this iconic luxury lodge for my clients for years, so it’s been so special to finally experience it myself! ✨

Set along the Waikato River, Huka Lodge is the perfect blend of understated luxury, exceptional hospitality, and complete relaxation! With all meals included (don’t miss the homemade shortbread biscuits, they’re SO GOOD), beautiful grounds, and a recent renovation, it’s a destination in itself! ☺️

My advice? Arrange your excursions and spa appointments well before you arrive, there’s SO much to do and see, so book in advance (particularly the fly fishing)! 🎣

I especially recommend Huka Lodge for the final couple nights of a New Zealand itinerary! The perfect place to slow down, indulge, and end your trip on a high note before heading home!

A little piece of New Zealand magic that you just HAVE to see!! Get in contact TODAY through the link in my bio and let’s get you here! 🇳🇿

There are places that make you slow down and savor the moment, and Huka Lodge is one of them. Tucked along the Waikato River in New Zealand’s North Island, this iconic lodge pairs luxury with understated natural beauty. Think riverside suites, cozy nooks, impeccable hospitality, fly-fishing, and days spent exploring the best of Taupō. A true New Zealand classic, and a reminder that sometimes the most memorable stays are the ones that make you never want to leave. @hukalodge

With the colder months swiftly creeping in, few things sound better than curling up beneath a tartan blanket, lulled by the crackling sound of a fireplace.

From triumphant maximalist interiors and jade-green marble fireplaces in Scotland to the circular library at the splendid @vsoetrain and an open fire in the remoteness of Bhutan, here’s where we’re keeping ourselves cosy this autumn.

This year, we’re thankful for a change of scenery. 🌴✨

Thanksgiving, but make it somewhere extraordinary.

Private-island mornings in Fiji. Rainforest hideaways in Costa Rica. Turquoise lagoons in the Maldives. Long lunches in Mexico. Rooftop sunsets in Marrakech. Springtime escapes in New Zealand.

Different places. One thing in common: more time together, more moments worth remembering, and a little more of the world to fall in love with.

Your Thanksgiving plans just got an upgrade.

Save this for your November escape and discover these extraordinary stays with Ownia. 🌿
