[Builder Stories Series] A big @shopify fan, @charles_zheng9870 built his drop shipping business by himself.

Inspired, he thought bigger and is now building an agentic platform to help other people run ANY businesses as a solo founder.

Sift is the infrastructure layer for running an entire organization with self-learning agents. Memory layer, recursive self-improvement, orchestration — all of it wired together so a single founder can operate at the scale that used to require a full team.

The key metric: revenue per employee. Sift is designed to push that number as high as it can go.

VC firms are already using it to make sense of scattered institutional knowledge.

Next: startups and small firms that want to run lean without sacrificing output.

I am 200% certain we are going to see a bunch of tech companies and conferences create their own version of Clay Cup 🏆✨in the next few months.

But Clay Cup was only one part of what made Sculpt so good.

Everything at @claygtm Sculpt was amazingly produced AND SO COOL, but what stood out was how very very intentional it all felt.

The talks, the spaces, the people they brought together, the way everything looked, even the silly foam fingers. It all felt designed to spread knowledge and help more people understand what GTM engineering actually is, how much you can do with it, and why exactly it is SO COOL.

When in my life did I think I would be sitting in the second row at a GTM conference, holding up a foam finger and genuinely caring who won??? It was all because of how thoughtfully the clay cup 🏆 event was organized and produced:

While the competitors were working, they didn’t just point a camera at three people on laptops and expect the rest of us to know what was going on.

- They pulled up participant screens and explained what was happening.

- They asked the judges what they were looking for.

- They brought in a runner-up to tell us what they would do if they were competing.

So even if you weren’t a GTM engineer, you weren’t removed from what was happening. You could understand the problem, learn why certain decisions mattered, and actually get invested in who won.

And then… the foam fingers made complete sense 😂

Did I mention this was all within ~20 minutes? An absolute customer education masterclass.

Here’s a little photo dump from one of the smartest and most fun tech events I’ve been to in a while. I left understanding GTM engineering so much better and genuinely excited to keep learning.

Shoutout to @peterfromclay and @jahnavishaah for being the best hosts ✨🥳

[Builder Stories Series] Kestral helps you build the right thing.

”The customers just want this... “ but it took too long to figure it out.

CEO Brian Y. Kim is building the context layer teams should already have.

Teams ship code, make decisions, and run meetings every day. But that context lives scattered across Slack, docs, and codebases.

No one nor AI agent has the full picture.

Kestral keeps the real-time state of your work in one place: what’s been shipped, what decisions were made, what requirements are live.

Your team and agents get to always building off the latest context.

Keeping up with AI is exhausting 😵‍💫

Not because the tools are hard. Because the pace is relentless.

That's exactly why we hosted Reset + Build during NY Tech Week 💗

The conversation wasn't really about prompts or models. It was about mental load, invisible labor, and how AI can give us something even more valuable than productivity: capacity.

Then we stopped talking and started building. 💻✨

No one pretending to have all the answers. Just a room full of women experimenting, asking thoughtful questions, and reminding each other that you don't have to keep up alone.

Huge thank you to our incredible speakers, sponsors, and everyone who spent the evening building with us 🫶

What's one AI workflow that's genuinely made your life easier lately? Tell us in the comments or DM us 💌

Easily the best luma event of the season. 🕊️

Honestly, hit the absolute jackpot meeting the right crew of people that night. @voker.ai really threw a masterpiece of a party - mansion in the Oakland hills, fire dancers, tarot readings, and endless tacos with an open bar. Huge kudos to the team and ofc @tt_post for pulling this off. ✨
